Two points
1) There has not been any refund given to me till date. I am not asking for refund towards the penalty charged. I was not allowed to cancel the ticket through your website makemytrip.com for both the sectors.
2) Secondly, I tried to cancel the ticket from the airlines- Spicejet directly for both the sectors. They didn't cancel the ticket because it was not cancel-able or refundable. But it is mentioned on the ticket as refundable.
Please look into the matter again. The quality of your service has degraded.

With reference to your complaint, We would like to clarify that cancellation/rescheduling charges are as per the airline fare rules and it is the sole discretion of the airline and may vary from airline to airline only. Further, we would like to reiterate that airlines cancellation/rescheduling fare rules are mentioned on our website before making the booking. We wish to inform you that multiple flight sectors booked on one PNR can only be cancelled together and same is mention on our website and our E-Ticket.
Further, please note that refund has been processed to you after deducting applicable cancellation penalty.
At this point, regret but we will not be able to process any refund towards the penalty charged.
