I had cancelled my tickets on 04th May but the fraud MMt team processed the refund under two parts but with the same transaction id for bank so obviously only one fourth of the refund was made & afterwards I have been trying to tell this problem to their team but haven't received anything more than a standard reply template that's just forwarded without reading the message. I have been told 03 times since then that the refund process has been initiated again with some random numbers termed as transaction id but it hasn't reached anywhere yet because I am pretty sure that was just to delay the process. Then you have the concept of escalation matrix to ensure customer gets the issues resolved but wow I wish you had educated employees too. Third level escalation gets me refund status from months back even when the tickets weren't booked & claims that the case is resolved, seriously, that's third escalation, sounds dumber than a third grade to me and the fourth escalation to senior management, that was 10 days back to GEETA ERAL followed by over 10 mails but she is busy counting her salary & enjoying her shameless indifferent attitude.
