[Resolved] MakeMyTrip.com — SCAM of travel insurance

Hi, My complain is for my booking id: NF[protected] The site makemytrip.com has this functionality of duping the consumers by charging extra 200 rs in form of Travel Insurance. Within the booking process of 4 separate windows there is a line embedded for travel insurance which auto adds( by DEFAULT SELECTED) travel insurance amount of 200 rs to the total amount. A user has to be careful(i.e. read all the lines in all 4 pages) and unselect this box if he do not want this amount to be deducted from his account, as afterwards they simply refuse to listen and say amount is non-refundable. I want my 458 rs refunded. This is a SCAM of makemytrip where they have thrown a fish-net and only the careful fish will escape and notice it. Someone needs to stand for it and let everyone know of it
