1. Hotels provided didn't not have basic amenities like light, door lock and or even safe deposit locker in the cupboard in Phuket.
2.For a phi phi island tour, i was very clear that i was interested in snorkelling and other activities. However, i was booked on a tour wherein no such activities were allowed and you would be taken on a big boat . On reaching Phuket the travel agent assigned told me that i would not be allowed to get down on island and tale part in snorkelling etc. If i wish to do so, i should be paying some 2000 bhat etc as i would be required to take a speed boat on sharing basis to get down at tyhe maya bay and also do snorkelling on the way. That are the hassels i had to face.
3. I was very clear about vegetarian meal options and hence was clear when i made my booking that they should suggest me hotels were vegetarian buffet was available. They booked me in hotels that they provided only "bread" as vegetarian. But make my trip has charged me for buffet meal price. Is bread a buffet meal ??
4. In Phuket we had transferred to another hotel and makemy trip as courtesy decided to refund that amount paid by us directly. I wrote repeated emails and made calls. However, on 17th March 2015, i receive an email saying that the refund is processed and shall be credited in my account in 6-7 working days. As on today, 13th April 2015, i still havent received the credit. And when i wrote back they said, they are not even ashamed to tell me that it would take 2-3 more working days as the RRN was generated today or the previous working day
Makemy trip are fooling people. I suggest for hotels booking it is better you go and book directly as Makemy trip will tell u that they are giving discount, but actually they are charging higher than the what the hotels offer
Secondly, they are not bothered about the customer once you have made the payment for the holiday.
thirdly, they will keep lying to you. Like how they told me on 17th March that they hace initiated refund . However, it was never done on that day.

Further please note that, we have validated the case at our end and found that your booking was not confirmed with us but the amount was charged. Please note that refund of complete amount of INR 20752.00 will be initiated from our end on 21-Apr-15. We will keep a follow up on the same and will take this to the closure on priority.
