There are 3 bookings I made in the last couple of weeks which were canceled and this has resulted in failure on Makemytrip’s part to issue refunds. In one case, the cancellation charges MMT showed on the site at the time of cancelation were nearly half of what I was actually charged. At this time, MMT owes me a little more than Rs. 22500 and despite over ½ a dozen calls with lots of holds, multiple email messages to [protected]@makemytrip.com and several hours on their site (which has had a ton of technical issues since yesterday, May 10, 2015), they keep giving me the run around and standard replies of “It will take 6 days to process.”
Here’s specific information with booking IDs, MMT Ref IDs, amounts owed, etc. Can you please help out.

Issue - Ticket canceled (since travel date change did not work), refund amount (of Rs.1226) lower than what was shown on the site at the time of cancelation (of Rs.5976) - customer service agent agreed that what was shown on the site is the correct amount that ought to have been deducted and that the error is on their part, but saying another 6 days needed to give her a call back.
