Customer Service is a Joke for these guys. Due to a mis-communication with the agent- There is a 36 hour difference between my flight landing in India and the one that goes to my hometown. This is clearly a huge mistake so I needed to change the dates on my domestic flight and they say to me that the Airlines does not permit that. I called the Airlines (Jet Airways) and they advised that there are no such restrictions from them. I spend $ 3700 with them and now they are creating issues for the domestic flight for $120. After working one year I could hardly get a vacation for 21 days and they want me to spend 36 hours of that time at the airport because apparently there is no solution and they have never had to change the dates on any flights before. I tired to contact them several times to rectify this issue and get a different agent every time who clearly cannot help me with the situation. When asked to speak to the supervisor they say to me to call after two hours- I call them after two hours and guess what- "The supervisor is still on the way and has not reached the center". The agent promises a call back from the supervisor as soon as he arrives and 12 hours later- I do not get a call. All they care is about making the sale. They lie to the customers! Clearly customer satisfaction is not one of their goals and there is even no point in escalating the situation.
