[Resolved] MakeMyTrip / Gift Card — Gift card refund delayed

Mmt reference id:[[protected]] gift card balance lost - refud request

I tried to make a booking on the mmt website for a hotel booking using my gift card no. [protected] on 30th april. The payment was partially made using this gift card.

The booking id generated was nh[protected]. However, this booking failed but i have lost the rs. 2000/- balance from this gift card.

I requested for the refund on 30th apr 2016 and got a response from kanika sharma (Makemytrip gift cards team) on 3rd may that they have sent this case to their specialized team to refund and will revert in 72 hours. However, it has been more than 120 hours and still no response, neither has the refund been processed. Kindly revert
