MakeMyTrip — Hotel room at goa

We booked a 1bhk room to stay for 3 days at goa through MakeMyTrip mobile app. As per the condition of the property owner we made complete payment while booking the room,
The room photos were looking very clean and hygienic in the website but in real we found it was very old unhygienic and dirty smelling room with hundreds of mosquitos all over the room. The property owner allowed alcohol consumption in the property premises which was against his rules we felt it was unsafe place to stay. We took our 7 years old daughter to the vacation and everything ruined by the property, Overall it was a terrible experience.

As soon as I returned from the vacation I tried to reach out MakeMyTrip customer support to explain what happened and asked for justice for the money and bad experience of our precious vacation time with the family but MakeMyTrip failed to understand my emotions and my problems by that property and I did not get any kind of justice from them
