Hotel booked payment done but hotel staff denied the check in twice in a day saying they don't have any contract with MMT, still these fraud people are displaying rooms on their APP to making fool of consumers.
Need immediate refund & strict action on this, Best part is they don't even bother to HELP out people in call CENTER are well trained for disconnecting calls & making fool of guests.
Will take this to higher authorities & stop this ### at all...

      I cancelled my 2 Air India tickets booked on Makemytrip in March 2022. I was told the refund would take maximum 180 days and to be patient. In following up on the status of my refund I was told that the delay was on Air India's end and that nothing Makemytrip could do. When I inquired recently (more than 180 days later) directly with the airline, they claim that the issue lies with Makemytrips sales team who have not put in a claim. They asked for a RAN (Refund Application Number) which can only be filed by the Agent (In this case MMT) and despite my best efforts have failed to get any feedback or response from the Makemyteam. Would like to complain against this kind of harrassment for getting back a refund that was due to me more than 180 days back.

        Hi, On 26th September 2022, I booked 2 tickets which costs 4100rs + 100rs Ecoupon for travelling 21stOctober 2022. But the bus driver called on 11th October 2022 and told that bus will be cancelled for all the passengers on that day and he initiated the refund and told that within 2 days money will be credited and also told that i can also see the refund tracking. So on 13th October 2022 the refund status is like refund credited. But I didn't received my money yet. So I called him and asked about this refund status shows already credited but I didn't received any money. But again he told rashly that it will take 5days and hangup my call. With that reference number I cannot go to my branch SBI bank cause am in other state. Could please somebody about my refund amount?

          Me and my wife booked a return Thai Airways ticket from Make My Trip in Jan Feb 2020 from Kolkata to Hong Kong with return in OCT 2020. But due to COVID-19, the return flight was cancelled and we were issued a rescheduled ticket with booking till 2021. As were not travelling to India till this time, we requested Make My Trip in March 2022 to get the tickets cancelled and arrange refund. Same was requested to THAI AIRWAYS parallelly by me. Till date Make My Trip has been saying that THAI Airways has not refunded my money so they cannot do anything but on 28th September 2022 i contacted Thai Airways and they confirmed that payment was released to MMT on 6th April 2022 itself. I have been trying to call MMT agent since then and no reply has been received from them.

            Regarding the refund against cancellation for pnr no. Zt6bwa for flight from agartala to chennai was initiated because considering the date chosen mistakenly 21st october instead of 31st october 2022 and after immediate contact with indigo customer care confirmed the total refund of rs. 8686/- (Copy of confirmation attached). But mmt has confirmed the refund amount only rs. 6936/- (Although not credited to my bank account till today) and without any reason mmt has just cheated rs. 1750/- which is more than 20% of the amount whereas indigo has confirmed the full refund just deducting rs. 100/-.
            Please clarify the matter, because i am a frequent traveller having a grade of exclusive mmtblack category customer and if mmt starts deducting this type o[censored]nnecessary money just from today i have to leave mmt team for any tkt booking in future.

                MMT india has undertaken fraudulent activities by benefiting from taking customers hard earned money & changing the itinerary for which customer has paid for for its its own financial benefit, it has take money from the customer for a direct flight & providing the customer just weeks before the tour a flight with half and which doubles the flight time for the customer, since the half flight is cheaper, MMT will be benefiting & keeping this share of money & increase their revenue by cheating customers

                      On sun, 09/10/2022 evening we went to the boarding point there was no bus. So we asked local agent about our bus and they told that it is a fraud agency. Our bus was on 7:00 pm and we waited around 2 hours. At last we took another bus to reach Delhi. We were booked tickets between manali and Delhi. So we raised a complaint on makemytrip app. Bus now they showing that the journey was completed and issue is resolved. But we didn't got the bus and we didn't travelled on that also.

                        We have booked a bus on Sept 26 to travel from Bangalore to Vijayawada on Oct 6 via K Kaveri Travels but the service was no longer available from Oct 1. There was no prior intimation to us that the bus service will not be available.

                            I booked a bus sleeper seat from make my trip. Bus got delayed, ann in middle of night bus came, but was full without any seat. Passenger has to stand in the bus without any seat, neither sleeper nor sitting chair.

                              I have booked 3 tickets with an infant from kochi to Abudhabi on 29/11/2022 for indigo flight using the make my trip app. Unfortunately the flight got cancelled .. i contacted the indigo airline they cannot reschedule it since i booked from make my trip . Make my trip is giving me 2 options for the rescheduling . both are more than 10 hours traveling time .one 11 hours one 15 hours .(they want me to cancel the flight so they get their money) its not possible for me to travel with my 3 month old baby for more than 15 hours i need flight with less travel duration which is available but make my trip is not showing that option. If i cancel they will deduct 140 AED for each ticket … as their charge … they know that customer will cancel because no one will take 15 hours flight when there is shorter duration flight available . I could easily booked or rescheduled the ticket if i booked through another agency… its very clear that the options they gave me that they are least cared about the customer. either i loose 420 AED or i have to choose 15 hours flight with my 3 month old baby … please improve your service i[censored] care about customer … if not this will be the last time i use this app…and who ever knows me too..

                                  Dear Team

                                  I have booked a homestay on October 2, 2022 from Makemytrip Application at Mandara Homestay for a stay from October 3, 2022 to October 5, 2022. As per the booking we have to be provided with 02 - Standard rooms.

                                  We reached Mandara Home stay on October 3, 2022 at 8:30 PM. Surprisingly there was no single light or name board or sign board in front of the homestay. When we got down from the car, we had been accompanied by the homestay person. Surprisingly, the person who received us at homestay was full of alcoholic smell and further when we entered the home it was full of alcohol smell inside the rooms and the home. In Fact, we were shocked to see that the person was staying inside the home itself. We have been allotted only one room instead of two rooms as per booking. We have requested them for another room as per the booking, but they denied the same. The Homestay was very much inside the forest hence we did not have any other option instead to stick at the same place till morning.

                                  The room provided to us was the worst. Right next to the door there was a room without any door which was full of garbage and alcohol bottles. In Fact, there were alcohol bottles even outside the balcony where there were chairs. We have been provided the room right next to it where it was smelling heavily. Once we entered the room, we saw lizards on the wall and many insects on the floor even including the washroom. The paint is falling off from the walls inside the room. We have asked the homestay person about the cleanliness of the rooms, and he didn't even care to answer about it. As we were hungry, we requested them for food, they provided us with a plate of rice and a few rotis with a charge of Rs. 500.

                                  We were so scared the entire night as the homestay person was very rude and smelled of alcohol. He was continuously having alcohol when we were present there. He gave me weird looks and made me feel very uncomfortable. We were silent the whole night as he was alcoholic, and it is very unsafe for me as a woman to get into a fight with the person at homestay.

                                  In the morning we tried to leave as quickly as possible. We got fresh by 6: 30 AM and left the place around 7 AM. We felt very unsafe to tell them that we will not come back for the night stay again to that homestay. We were very afraid and scared and left that property in the early morning.

                                  However, I have informed the Makemytrip representative by call and requested them to take action against the homestay owner and representative of the homestay. I have further informed them that I am on a road trip. I will be having intermittent signals or no signal for a couple of days. However, Makemytrip reached me out a couple of times where I have informed them of the problems at the homestay and have further informed them about the signals. The same can be checked from the call recordings which makemytrip record. Instead Makemytrip closed the issue and raised a voucher which is very unprofessional where I have informed the team that the place is unsafe for women. Further, I have already sent all photographs showing alcohol bottles, lizards and uncleanness of the property and room provided to me.

                                  I am requesting Makemytrip to remove the homestay from makemytrip app and to give me an entire amount paid by me for the homestay.

                                      Hi MMT,

                                      We had booked Qatar Airlines flight from Doha to Delhi, India via MMT.
                                      The flight had to transit through Auckland and Adelaide and henceforth the Airport authority asked us to buy transit visa due to which we had to rebook the tickets on the spot.

                                      It was a system failure of MMT that we were not promptly asked to add the transit visa at the time of the first booking.

                                      Even though the Qatar Airlines had refunded the ticket amount. MMT has denied to pay it back to us which is against the customer interest.

                                      Kindly help us to get the money back to keep the goodwill and customer interest in mind.

                                        It is impossible to talk to someone in this company.

                                        I booked two train tickets from Delhi to Amritsar. I have following issues:

                                        I have paid for 2 passengers full amount including food but you have booked 1 without food. So either add food for second passenger or refund the extra amount that you have taken.
