On sun, 09/10/2022 evening we went to the boarding point there was no bus. So we asked local agent about our bus and they told that it is a fraud agency. Our bus was on 7:00 pm and we waited around 2 hours. At last we took another bus to reach Delhi. We were booked tickets between manali and Delhi. So we raised a complaint on makemytrip app. Bus now they showing that the journey was completed and issue is resolved. But we didn't got the bus and we didn't travelled on that also.

    We have booked a bus on Sept 26 to travel from Bangalore to Vijayawada on Oct 6 via K Kaveri Travels but the service was no longer available from Oct 1. There was no prior intimation to us that the bus service will not be available.
    We have not boarded the bus. Hence requesting full refund.

        I booked a bus sleeper seat from make my trip. Bus got delayed, ann in middle of night bus came, but was full without any seat. Passenger has to stand in the bus without any seat, neither sleeper nor sitting chair.

          Dear Sir
          I have booked 3 tickets with an infant from kochi to Abudhabi on 29/11/2022 for indigo flight using the make my trip app. Unfortunately the flight got cancelled .. i contacted the indigo airline they cannot reschedule it since i booked from make my trip . Make my trip is giving me 2 options for the rescheduling . both are more than 10 hours traveling time .one 11 hours one 15 hours .(they want me to cancel the flight so they get their money) its not possible for me to travel with my 3 month old baby for more than 15 hours i need flight with less travel duration which is available but make my trip is not showing that option. If i cancel they will deduct 140 AED for each ticket … as their charge … they know that customer will cancel because no one will take 15 hours flight when there is shorter duration flight available . I could easily booked or rescheduled the ticket if i booked through another agency… its very clear that the options they gave me that they are least cared about the customer. either i loose 420 AED or i have to choose 15 hours flight with my 3 month old baby … please improve your service i[censored] care about customer … if not this will be the last time i use this app…and who ever knows me too..

            Date of Incident: 13th September 2022, 9:43 PM
            I booked two train tickets from Ernakulam to Pune on 13th Sept 2022. The company said the transaction failed and tickets were not booked. However, money was deducted from my bank account. The payment was made via debit card. It was said that the money would be refunded in 14 days. However, I have not yet received the money back.

              Dear Team

              I have booked a homestay on October 2, 2022 from Makemytrip Application at Mandara Homestay for a stay from October 3, 2022 to October 5, 2022. As per the booking we have to be provided with 02 - Standard rooms.

              We reached Mandara Home stay on October 3, 2022 at 8:30 PM. Surprisingly there was no single light or name board or sign board in front of the homestay. When we got down from the car, we had been accompanied by the homestay person. Surprisingly, the person who received us at homestay was full of alcoholic smell and further when we entered the home it was full of alcohol smell inside the rooms and the home. In Fact, we were shocked to see that the person was staying inside the home itself. We have been allotted only one room instead of two rooms as per booking. We have requested them for another room as per the booking, but they denied the same. The Homestay was very much inside the forest hence we did not have any other option instead to stick at the same place till morning.

              The room provided to us was the worst. Right next to the door there was a room without any door which was full of garbage and alcohol bottles. In Fact, there were alcohol bottles even outside the balcony where there were chairs. We have been provided the room right next to it where it was smelling heavily. Once we entered the room, we saw lizards on the wall and many insects on the floor even including the washroom. The paint is falling off from the walls inside the room. We have asked the homestay person about the cleanliness of the rooms, and he didn't even care to answer about it. As we were hungry, we requested them for food, they provided us with a plate of rice and a few rotis with a charge of Rs. 500.

              We were so scared the entire night as the homestay person was very rude and smelled of alcohol. He was continuously having alcohol when we were present there. He gave me weird looks and made me feel very uncomfortable. We were silent the whole night as he was alcoholic, and it is very unsafe for me as a woman to get into a fight with the person at homestay.

              In the morning we tried to leave as quickly as possible. We got fresh by 6: 30 AM and left the place around 7 AM. We felt very unsafe to tell them that we will not come back for the night stay again to that homestay. We were very afraid and scared and left that property in the early morning.

              However, I have informed the Makemytrip representative by call and requested them to take action against the homestay owner and representative of the homestay. I have further informed them that I am on a road trip. I will be having intermittent signals or no signal for a couple of days. However, Makemytrip reached me out a couple of times where I have informed them of the problems at the homestay and have further informed them about the signals. The same can be checked from the call recordings which makemytrip record. Instead Makemytrip closed the issue and raised a voucher which is very unprofessional where I have informed the team that the place is unsafe for women. Further, I have already sent all photographs showing alcohol bottles, lizards and uncleanness of the property and room provided to me.

              I am requesting Makemytrip to remove the homestay from makemytrip app and to give me an entire amount paid by me for the homestay.

                  Hi MMT,

                  We had booked Qatar Airlines flight from Doha to Delhi, India via MMT.
                  The flight had to transit through Auckland and Adelaide and henceforth the Airport authority asked us to buy transit visa due to which we had to rebook the tickets on the spot.

                  It was a system failure of MMT that we were not promptly asked to add the transit visa at the time of the first booking.

                  Even though the Qatar Airlines had refunded the ticket amount. MMT has denied to pay it back to us which is against the customer interest.

                  Kindly help us to get the money back to keep the goodwill and customer interest in mind.

                    It is impossible to talk to someone in this company.

                    I booked two train tickets from Delhi to Amritsar. I have following issues:

                    I have paid for 2 passengers full amount including food but you have booked 1 without food. So either add food for second passenger or refund the extra amount that you have taken.

                        Hai,
                        I booked a flight ticket on 6th Oct 2022. Sharjah to Trivandrum and Trivandrum to Sharjah. The amount got debited from my account but the ticket was not booked. I am in UAE now and cannot reach makemytrip by any medium, if I cal from my registered mobile number since the booking was not successful the auto voice says we don't have any booking from this number and getting disconnected. There is no proper email id to raise the complaint. Through app also they are not even responding with a minimal message how long will it take for the refund. Full amount I have spend on this and after refund only I can able to book again

                            MMT has sent an email with 17 digit future travel voucher code as a refund for the incorrect holiday booking. But there is no way i can use the voucher code for any booking.
                            Pl dont just forward the complaint to MMT. They dont respond.

                              Dear Sir /Madam,
                              MMT Booking ID: NF2MNQIBTHI1I2H02987

                              On 26th Sep i booked the ticket from RAI to GOI (VIA IDR) for Mr Sagar Soni And Mstr Shiaarav Soni. I have cancelled Mr Sagar Soni ticket only by calling MMT customer care in concall with Indigo, i have got an email from Indigo stating that the ticket is cancelled and they have processed the refund.

                              However they have splitted the PNR for cancellation. I haven't received any update on refund from MMT. I am calling them every day but not getting any proper response from them.

                              I am really disappointed with the response from MMT customer care representative, i don't have any update yet on my refund and I am a MMT black member.

                              Kindly look on to this matter on priority basi and process my refund of Sagar Soni ticket.

                                  I have booked Delhi-Ujjain tickets for 30 Sept 2022( Safar Express) and return ticket from Ujjain to Delhi ( Hans Travels) for 01 October 2022 from your portal.

                                  The Passenger Details are as below for 30 Sept 2022 ( safar Express)

                                  The Trip for 30 sept 2022 was cancelled by the Tour operator at the last moment i.e Safar Express which caused me extreme inconvenience as this was a very important trip for me. Due to this I was unable to travel to Ujjain. I tried to book other buses but no buses were available since the bus operator cancelled the bus unilaterally around 5 minutes prior to commencement of the Journey.

                                  As I was unable to travel to Ujjain from Delhi I couldn't undertake the journey on 01 Oct 2022 (Hans Travel). Therefore I Demand refund for my 01 Oct 2022 journey since it is the Bus operator's fault that I was unable to travel to Ujjain from delhi on 30 Sept 2022 and hence couldnt reach ujjain, all due to Safar Express and Make my Trip fault.

                                  All tickets booking details are attached for your reference . The Safar Express tour operator cancelled the bus 05 minutes prior to the journey. On such a short notice it is humanely impossible to arrange for alternate mode of journey.

                                    International Flight Price Lock Scam

                                    On 2nd October I searched a Delhi - Zurich flight on makemytrip.com.
                                    The website showed me an option of price-lock and suggested that I can the pay Rs 27625 to lock my ticket at current price which was shown as Rs 70000 approx per pax equivalent to around Rs 3, 50, 000/-. The benefit shown was that my price will not increase and I will get benefit of price drop if any.

                                    I have booked a property in Pondicherry using Make My Trip mobile application, name if the property is Mukti Guest House.
                                    The pictures posted by MakeMyTrip are very misleading and not at all similar to the property.

                                    I have visited the property (based on MMT application) and found the rooms very messy, not clean, sanitized and found garbage lighted up inside the property. The property was full of dust and not safe at all as it was without any gates or cameras. hence, I refused to check in

                                    It took me all day to find a new hotel in a city very new to me, that too when I was with 2 of my female friends.

                                    As of now, Make my trip refused to refund back and are not taking any responsibility of the situation. I want to understand from Make my trip on what is their compliance policy or what quality assurance checks they do before listing a property? We talk about keeping our women and children safe, and this is how they are doing it?

                                    After talking to multiple support executives and getting no resolution, I have talked to make my trip's escalation team which is refusing to refund full money back and saying that ''we will do internal checks to see if the property is right or not''. if quality checks have to be done after customer complaints, how are these properties safe for women and elder people?

                                    I have booked this property using Make my trip, the property is not safe at all, full of garbage and now make my trip refuses to take the responsibility. which forces me to loose all my money as I booked the property.

                                    I'm expecting a full refund (INR 9, 713) from Make my trip and them to do a quality assurance check with this hotel ( Mukti Guest House, Pondicherry).

                                      I have applied for a UAE visa for 3 people( me, my husband and daughter) on 23/09/2022, as per your application visa was expected on 3/10/2022, till date there is no update on this. I need an embassy application number for all 3 visa applications. I have been trying to reach your customer support since last 2 days, no one is responding and even not aware about visa services. I need urgent action on this. I ALSO WANTED TO KNOW WHY IT IS GOT DELAYED AND WHY MMT HAS NOT REVERTED TO US FOR THE FURTHER PROCESS.
