[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — 1, 20, 000 looted, after visa rejection, amount is not refunded

We have planned europe trip for 5 may 2019 group with family from make my trip. Our visa is rejected and our booking was under visa protection plan.
That means if visa is rejected they will return booking amount rs 1, 20, 000
But now they are making new rules and not giving any refund.
I asked them to give alternate trip but they said that too not possible.
