My ticket booking date[protected] book id no [protected], pnr[protected], today morning 8.10 am reach to bus stand but bus already go after i try your contact [protected], [protected], no one not pick-up phone then try to make my trip no answer two after one executive pickup they told refund not possible, kindly arrange refund options because iam not travel lam already spoke to hebron lounge they told directly try to make my trip office.

    Travel itinerary – nf[protected]
    My guwahati - new delhi flight booked through mmt has been cancelled by jet airways. Mmt sent me a message about change in itinerary, i tried to contact mmt call center at[protected] but the system is reporting high traffic and keeping the call on hold indefinitely and never connection to service executive. Despite many repeated efforts over two days, i could not talk to service team. When i sent a mail to [protected]@makemytrip.com, they replied that the mail support has been closed and suggested chat support. The chat support is through a bot which responds that it could not understand my request.
    I tried to cancel the flight online at mmt but the system is calculating zero refund. How it can be zero if the airline has cancelled the flight?
    It is impossible to connectto mmt.
    A serous deficiency in service a and a big mistake to choose mmt for booking

      Booking id: nf ([protected])
      I had booked tickets for 2 passengers 3 days back and paid 17099/-. Yesterday i called up the airline directly to confirm booking. They told me that booking was done for two passengers but make my trip has cancelled one passenger's booking. I was shocked! Who asked/authorised/permitted them to do so? Since then i have called mmt 6 times but they have no answer. Neither they have emailed me telling me about this cancellation.
      Listen mmt tomorrow i'm going to consumer court. By tomorrow evening i will also upload videos on youtube telling about your fraud. By tomorrow you fraud will be trending on twitter and i promise it.

        The internet based business model, one click economy where men, material and physical office presence is invisible, but you will get whatever you want through a single click. Many o[censored]s see it convenient, comfort, feel privileged and proud to be part of this online economy.
        This information is about such companies taking part in online travel aggregators like cleartrip and makemytrip.com.
        Case 1. Cleartrip.com
        I had booked airticket, well in advance, to a particular location. After the booking i got an email from cleartrip stating that because of some reasons the flight operator has rescheduled the flight and prompted me to cancel the flight through the link provided in the mail. I called up the help line number cleartrip and the call center executive told me that the flight is on time, the mail i received was a wrong one. Suspecting something i told the executive immediately to cancel the ticket which had a refundable amount. The executive told me he has to talk to different people in his organisation and also with the airline to do the same. All these talks, exercise was going on for a very, very long time over the phone, 4 hours prior to 24 hr window, where the refund is possible–once you are in the 24 hr bracket of travel time no refund is possible. Though i got in touch with clear trip executive well in advance, there was a possibility to cancel the ticket refund me at least some amount. Now at this juncture, the real smartness of these companies and its employee shows up. The executive said he will get back with details after one hour but he called after 3 hrs, i. E just 1hr before the time approaches 24 hr bracket. Again he talked, gave reasons for not cancelling and in the meantime he suggested the flight is on time you can take a chance etc etc... This and that... And deliberately brought the time to the 24 hr mark and then he said... Sir, since you are asking for cancellation.. Now its 24 hr from travel time and you will not get the refund, end of story. I lost the entire money.
        I couldn’t do anything... Felt frustrated, cheated and just thought about the company and particularly the executive, as an employee (They reminded me of americans sitting at their home town thousand of miles from the war zone and operating drones to kill terrorists) these people sit somewhere in the country’s corner’s call centre and killing consumers, without even a blink for a second, and making a clear profitable deal out of it and becoming very loyal to tech entrepreneur/investor, who is sitting in wealthy countries. Do these people have a conscience, morality, ethics... Nothing... Employees are just an automaton, cold-hearted…... Just taking part in the companies crime through their business practice, earn their salary and live a life……bless their heart. I consider that the amount is not a loss, but it’s a donation to my fellow country men.
        Case 2 makemytrip.com
        This is a work in progress case…. Yet to conclude. I booked ticket on 5th march to travel to a destination on 21st march. Airline is jetairways. I got the confirmation and ticket from makemytrip via mail. On 7th march i got mail intimation saying that flight operator canceled the flight due to operational reasons, and the mail prompted me to cancel the ticket with full refund. Since i didn’t cancel the ticket from my side, i thought it would be full refund. But the calculation on makemytrip showed a major chunk of cancellation charges and i would get a small refund. Now i’m trying to reach makemytrip call centre…no response…jetairways call centre redirects me to the agent (Makemytrip). There is no way i can get in touch with anybody or there is no consumer care number which is functioning properly. Their call center menus are strictly streamlined, regimented and programmed only to either book or cancel the ticket. These companies use technology to its max to alienate consumers, not aiding them. No way anyone can get in touch with these company executives…….. The case is live and i’m pretty much sure i will lose this money as well.
        So from the above 2 cases i feel that the internet economy business model is …… first, it give the power to show a product/service which they don’t own, sell it, directly take money out of customers pocket. Second, even before they deliver the final product they cancel the deal and don’t even feel the responsibility to refund the money of an unsold product. This is how they earn the profit, increase their valuation and be the proud ceo’s, entrepreneur of such companies. If you ask them the answer from them would be, we are deducting the amount as we have invested time and money in the particular transaction, it’s our retainer fee. What will happen if you refund the money for which you have sold nothing? How come it becomes the company money as soon as i land up in the portal?
        This is nothing short of daylight robbery, or a pickpocket or cheating. What kind of business model is this? How come these employees, ceo’s and investors become so cold-hearted while dealing with fellow humans? What is the rational behind such action?
        If these business models help the companies earn money in such a way and if it’s the accepted practice by the people and government, i would say forgive all the other fraudster, money swindlers, loan defaulters and others whom at least you can see them in physical form. But these invisible company employees and ceo’s are just sophisticated fraudsters and they are nothing less than ordinary crooks. Imagine how many customers would have faced the similar situation and cancelled the ticket which is straight profit, loot and jackpot. It’s just white collar crime but legally done under the name online travel portal.
        This message is not ranting about loss of money or taking out frustration through writing. It is just a reflection on mesmerizing messages that hit us daily from tech companies, the so called “technology benefits customers” narratives.
        Any regulator is watching? Oh forget it, it’s just another day and a few rupees lost. We are just busy with big catches.
        Citizens, just be aware of these things.

          I had a flight ticket cancellation done in makemytrip and i didn't receive the refund amount even after 15 days. Confirmed with bank that no refund was sent from the merchant to my account. The support team of makemytrip kept closing all my complaints and tickets raised saying that refund was sent, however they were unable to send me any refund proof or details when asked repeatedly. Please help.

            I am very disappointed with the services of mmt because of what has happened today with my wife who was flying today from delhi to chengdu (China) via kathmandu. Its a case of cheating and forgery. I booked tickets for my wife through make my trip with the help of sales team of mmt for 14/03/2019 from delhi to chengdu via kathmandu (All tickets and details are attached with this email) with booking id : in1b[protected]. She boarded her flight from delhi on time 10:40 hrs on 14/03/2019 with royal nepal airlines (Ra-206) and headed towards kathmandu. Then she was about to take her next flight with air china (Ca-438) from kathmandu to chengdu at 14:40 hrs as an connected flight. But meanwhile her first flight from delhi to kathmandu with royal nepal airways after arriving kathmandu didn’t allow its passengers to step out of the flight for next one hour or so and after she came our she ran for her luggage and finally after she got her luggage she approached for her next flight which was air china (Ca-438), till then she was already late for her next flight and the they didn’t allow her to board in. I tried calling everyone for help but no one came in front. Air china people straight away said its not their responsibility and mmt too didn’t helped us in this scenario. So i had been left with no other option instead of booking for a new ticket for my wife from kathmandu to chengdu. Thus, i once again booked her a ticket from mmt and i paid inr 25000 for the same. The flight was again routed via guangzhou with china southern airlines (Cz-3068 & cz-3403) ktm-can-can-ctu, booking id is in1b[protected]. We suffered through a very strong mental harassment and a financial loss too. Now, at any case i am not leaving this scenario as it is. You must refund me with the additional amount which i have paid for the next immediate booking and i need an immediate solution for this without any hassle or asking me to run here and there. This wasmmt's responsibility and it should help us out with the same.

            I conclude that the delay was on the part of
            1) Royal Nepal Airways and/or
            2) issuing agent of the e-ticket
            from the description above,
            as Royal Nepal Airways delayed the arrival of passenger to the terminal (see
            1. ICAO document STA/10-WP/7 dated 16/10/09: REVIEW OF THE CLASSIFICATION AND DEFINITIONS USED FOR CIVIL AVIATION ACTIVITIES, particularly term "International airport" in page 7 of 9 total
            2. Art 19, 29 of CONVENTION FOR THE UNIFICATION OF CERTAIN RULES FOR INTERNATIONAL CARRIAGE BY AIR, 1999

            Accordingly, the duty of nepalies (Royal Nepal Airways) was to provide passenger with
            - accomodation
            - meals and drinks
            - first availbale flight

            In addition, if you have eiticket worth 25000 rupees, you can claim this amount in addition from the nepalies and/or from the travel agent via the DGCA of civil aviation or via lawyer (for fee), using the legal procedure in any state, where Royal Nepal Airways operate their flghts.

            Nevertheless, it is a preliminary conclusion, which is not valid without evidences such as
            - e-ticket,
            - response of representative of Royal Nepal Airways and/or
            - responce from travel agent
            Record of the conversaion with arport (ground) staff which were servicing Air China 438 flight at Kathmanu airport can be a plus for securing evidences.

              as a complaint is a type of legal expression aiming to defeat an act and it is based on the true creditable evidances (who has paid, why uncle, why father is ill instaed of being in good mood with his family)

                Booking of oneway air travel ticket for singapore / madurai by airindia express flight from your portal using emailid [protected]@gmail.com on 05/02/2019.

                We regret to inform that we have paid you rs 40, 371.74/- for failed booking of above referred air ticket which failed as per your website response due to some issues/error but we have yet to get refund of the same.

                However on making frequent calls at your call centers we are not getting any satisfactory response or no response for when the amount will be refunded. Our axis bank branch at chennai, kovilpatti also responded the refund will depend on makemytrip. We have already shared the bank statement that you had asked, and we have already mentioned our axis bank has made temp credit but will only realise refund based on you.

                It has been understood and implied that money has been deducted from our bank account and lying with which is a clear cut violation of trust on which you are operating in the country and we are patronizing you.

                You are requested to refund the money within 24 hrs or give your intent why this money has been hold by you for such a long period and when it will be released.

                Through this mail we are also informing dgca and rbi digital grievance cell regarding your silence in refunding our rightful money which you are supposed to refund with interest and mental harassment damages since it’s been pending for long time.

                Looking forward to your reply per return to avoid further harassment.

                  I have booked kerala holiday package for me and my wife through mmt. I spoke to rashmi ([protected]) and she gave me an offer which i felt good bcoz rashmi and trip was referred by one of my best friend.. Overall trip experience was good but on the last day, planned flight was cancelled. I have informed the same to rashmi and selvi george - trip advisor ([protected]) and requested to send me the copy of airfare so that i can claim for it and cancel the ticket. There is no responce from these both advisors and back end team of the mmt. Even they are not receiving my calls. At the end, there is no response from mmt, no arrangement. Mmt have all the jazz before make of booking but everything changes once you make all the payment. One of the worst experience i ever had. I will never prefer mmt in the future and not recommend mmt in my friend circle..

                  My ticket is not getting cancelled since by error I had mentioned incorrect mail id kindly send me cancellation on [protected]@gmail.com so do further action. I had contact the support team but problem was not resolved not been given any solution. to get my cancellation and refund customer care is unavailable.

                    We have booked a bus ticket for 702 on 16/02/2019. Payment has gone through successfully through my credit card. But we didn't get the ticket. When we followed up with mmt, they say that they don't have any details. Bank confirmed that the payment is successful. Bank has provided the following details:

                    I have followed up with mmt support and their support is the worst in the world. Their agents are very rude and arrogant. All the cases i have opened so far, they have simply closed without a resolution.

                      I am an mmt black customer. I have been informed on march 5, 2019 (Mail item attached) that i have reached third milestone on mmtblack and rs. 7500/- had been credited to my account with unrestricted use before june 5, 2019 when it expires. However, when i tried to make bookings on march 11, 2019 with the redeem option, only rs. 71/- on one booking and rs. 29/- on other booking was redeemed. However, the my cash balance shows rs. 7500/- available for unrestricted use. This has caused much anguish and agony for me as i believed in makemytrip's statement that i can redeem the entire amount in my bookings. I am attaching both the booking invoices herewith for your reference.

                      This is a case of gross misrepresentation and cheating customers with deficient services. Vide my email dated march 11, 2019 to [protected]@makemytrip.com, i demanded to know why the amount has been denied to me after all the tall claims and called upon makemytrip to forthwith refund the charges paid by me towards the two bookings (Invoices attached herewith) free of cost as compensation for reneging on their promise o[censored]nrestricted use of my cash; without prejudice to my legal rights and other remedies.

                      However, to my surprise, they have replied that they are no longer monitoring the emails on [protected]@makemytrip.com and that i should use the onlline chat option or toll free number[protected]; either of which would not give me any trace of any record expressing my grievances.

                      I request your support in addressing my grievance and providing a resolution.

                        The website is not customer friendly when you need help to change/cancel flight. I spent hours trying to reach customer service rep. When their system does not recognize your number, you are at complete loss because the automated system will not connect you to anyone and will drop the call. I really want to cancel my tickets but there is no one i can contact. I wish i would have never used this site

                        I hv booked bus from sibsagar to guwahati but when reached boarding point bus operator said bus cancelled. Neither prior information received nor booking showing cancelled. While chating with customer care no positive response received.
                        I lost my important assignment as no alterane conveyance could arranged.

                          My name is ashish marwah i have booked a hotel in singapore with the name of holiday inn singapore orchard city center on 6 march 2019 and my booking id is nh[protected]. I paid an amount of rs 45529/- to them. Next day when i confirmed with the hotel they said that we do not have any booking under this name and then i called and complaint the matter at the helpline number of make my trip. There executive told me to wait for 24 hrs but i did not got any call back from them in 36 hrs, then i again called back on the same number the second day and again they told me the same thing, now its been 6 days i have been calling them and my problem is not resolved. I am in a great trouble because of them. I want to resolve this matter as early as possible.

                              I made a round trip ticket last night for april and made the payment via google pay. The amount was deducted from my bank acc. Even google pay app showed that amount was deducted. But when i went back to mmt app.. It showed payment failed. There is no rocked booked for me. No email as well since last night to now evening of next day.
                              I need to make tickets soon and i need my money refunded.
                              Please see into this matter asap. So i can rebook ticket from somwhere else.

                                I have recently done a booking for my trip of 4nights and 5 days to bangkok and pattaya via booking id nl[protected] and when after booking and paying whole amount i got the booking confirmation it was for 3 nights and 3 days, they have made a fool out o[censored]s actually, for getting us to book the trip there team was calling and texting 10 times a dayand now after i raised a complaint they are actually lingering on the issue and not providing any resolution for our grievance.
                                Kindly help me out for getting this resolved at the earliest as i have paid the whole amount and my trip is going to start on 25th march 2019.

                                I have received 2 messages at around 10.10 PM today stating that RS. 15000/- and RS. 7000/- got debited from my bank a/C through make my trip web site using my debit card. But these 2 transactions not done by me. Pls do the needful. I have not used this site

                                  Dear sir/ madam,

                                  I paid rs. 14894 from my bank account for a booking and makemytrip tells me that the transaction has not gone through, and has not provided any transaction id or confirmation. The amount has been deducted from my bank account, though.
                                  I paid this amount through my credit card and still waiting to get refund of this amount. Please look into this matter and give me my money back.
                                  Please refer the image of that transaction below, however this image says that inr 0 has been deducted but inr 14894 has been deducted from my account for two times (One for failed transaction and another for successful transaction). I request you to look into this matter urgently as my bank has deducted this amount for two times.

                                    I tried to book a flight roundtrip ticket on your app and it was of 4200 inr, which i paid using upi, and the amount got deducted from my account but the booking failed, the transaction id of the payment is p1903102140094223220645 so i want my money back, and there help desk is helpless, they are telling me click on some tag but it doesn't exist. There mail is not being monitored, now i don't know, how will i get refund.

                                      I have recently booked a trip for 4nights and 5 days from 25th march and the proposed itinerary states that its a 4 nights and 5 day trip actually coz timings mention there were not stated with the exact ist format and when now after making the whole payment in one shot we went through the booking schedule it actually shows to be trip of 3 nights only as on third night our flight back towards our nation is booked.
                                      Didnt expected this from a brand like mmt really feeling cheated on, no body providing any revert kindly tell what to do already paid 59000, it would have been muvh better booking from local agent atleast they were offering better price than mmt and would not have dared to do any blunder like this.

                                        I have booked a ticket and money deducted from my account, but i haven't received any ticket details yet.. I received a message from mmt as the amount received successfully but no other updates yet. I tried contacting the service desk but the chat was pickedup by one of your agent at 4.30am. I also tried contacting directly through phone but it is asking me for a ticket id, how can i enter a ticket id without receiving it from your end? Please look into this.
