Please deactivate my account. I didnt like their services and i dont want to receive any promotional mails from them. I want to complaint that mmt is using it's promotional mails to harass me mentally.in my account a different mobile number is registered so please deactivate my account. I do not find it safe. Since go ibibo is also a part of mmt so i would like to deactivate my account from go ibibo as well.

    I booked hotel novotel zurich airport messe from mmt 13th to 16th feb and applied for visa depending on the hotel booking voucher that mmt provided.
    My visa got rejected as when the embassy contacted the novotel hotel in zurich the hotel informed there is no such booking done through mmt.
    I had already paid 14446 rs for visa and all my other booking like flight had also costed me a lot of money.
    Now due to this confusion i had to submit my visa again which will again cost me 14446rs.
    I had to pay 14446 extra for visa again and also the visa rejection procedure was a headache for me.
    I contacted mmt for refund as i had to pay extra because of mmt mistake. Their representative did not cocern to call me and provide update. Later they confirmed to pay my visa amount in my hdfc bank account and took my bank details in email and on call. I have those call recording and emails as well. Later mmt directly gave the refund in my credit card which i booked hotel from which i never asked. Mmt has kept torturing me regarding the refund and forced me to take refund in mmt wallet which i refused. They first confirmed that they will refund amount in hdfc bank then without my approval they gave less money in my credit card... Which i never asked as i had paid cash for visa.

    I have still not received the refund in my bank please do not lie
    I had already spoken to mmt support and I gave my bank statement as well. Mmt has now been promising me 24-48 hrs since 21st Feb...still there is no refund into my savings bank account as promised.

      On 28th feb i called at your customer care and till time atleast 4-5 times i called up to mail me a package for goa but till time no one has responded yet. Whereas i called up dpauls and cox & kings yesterday and immediately they send me a mail with details.. This is not at all expected from you, such a causal behaviour from your executive mr. Hashmi... Sorry neither i will opt mmt nor recommend any one for too.

        I madhukar patil i had planned honey trip for my son... It was worst experience ever... I took super saver mauritius package the date was 22nd of feb till 28th of feb
        They got worst experience...
        The agent of mmt ram thakur his mobile no. [protected] did not provided full information and also he told they will get indian food and all... But at hotel there was no indian food and the hotel was also small... The other couple with my son in same package got big room and big hotel then my son got...
        It is worst experience with you all... Why u looked and cheated us... Don't u feel shame for making your customer fool...
        My son spend extra 40k for food due to unavailable of indian food in hotel they went outside the hotel for food and also they did not got any free rides and all from make my trip in that extra 35-40k spend for it...
        U all cheat the customers...
        The agent ram wanted to slap him... He did not gave full information... And he told me that they will get indian food..
        What u think u are the only one agency for tour... There are many options like thomas cook, veena world and kesari...in future i won't travel through your agency and i have cancelled my trip of europe which was planning from your agency and also have recommended my friends and relatives to not to plan with such # agency of mmt
        U say it's super saver mauritius package but i say it's super super expensive which mmt is fooling the customers...

          Disastrous experience... Cheated by nefariously designed management... I want justice (Nh[protected]

          Both the intending guests and the hotelier were mislead pertaining to our idz hence check-in was denied, we were left stranded on road for 5 long hours without a resolution despite the commitment of delivering the same within 15 minutes... Being a female whose apathy is something hard to explain, kinds trauma i have gone through by being left helpless at a highly unsafe place known for notorious goons & blacksheeps who could have inflicted any disaster or execute fatality, one of the most cheating tactics used to be-fool and all that was conducted under the misleading guidance of chirag (The burglar) who is now going to face the law for the sufferings i bore while standing on road until mid night without a resolution and who instead lied all through the course... You cheater cocks,, liars, you think i am gonna keep quiet, i will not surrender until i ensure that your duplicitous and misleading policies are flashed out and real #s like chirag are being brought to book
          . You # chirag, you son of a #, just tell me your contact number, i will ensure same pains and sufferings are inflicted upon you...

          Makemytrip.. You should all be ashamed of yourselves and i spit on of you for being handicapped and watching my whole apathy as a mute spectator... I want justice or else face law as i have substantial recordings to justify my stand.

            Make my trip has given me a mmt travel finance of 200000inr through capital float.. It was appearing in my mobile app and wenevr i tried bookingbthe option showed me in final booking page.. And from today its not appearing in my booking page and i tried more than 50timea to contact make my trip customer care and when they hear about this issue they disconcet the call please resolvee me this issue and why its not appearing there.

            This is the same exact reason - I'm also unable to use MMT finance. did they provide any resolution?

                  I am a frequent user of makemytrip services. L my money got transferred to mmt wallet. So using my wallet i booked another ticket. I tried to book a rail ticket using my mmt wallet, to my surprise the option to pay using mmt wallet didn't appear, so then when i read their rules regarding mmt wallet, it is written that, "mmt wallet" money can only be used for flight and hotel bookings. I am not a person who travel frequently nor the person who prefer to stay at hotels. So my makemytrip wallet money is still lying at their hands without utilization.in this regard i would like to raise an objection that, being a provider of different services why my wallet money is only restricted for airline or hotel booking..?? Why mmt forces one to use his wallet money only for airline and hotel booking..?? As a loyal customer am i don't have the right to choose what i want to do with my money..?? When there are other service providers who give option to transfer wallet money to bank, why makemytrip doesnt provide that option..?? Holding ones money in the misleading name of my wallet, leaving no option to get the money back and forcing a customer to go for what they suggest, to me is a big fraudulent activity by makemytrip.

                    At about 8:00 am on 02 mar 2019, i was booking a spicejet ticket from kozhikode to chennai for 14 mar 2019. The booking and payment information was entered and the bank site details were also updated. I entered the otp for cc payment and also got an otp from the credit card (Axis bank) regarding debit of rs 2920/-at 08:16 hrs.

                    However, makemytrip stated that booking held up by bank. I have not got any booking reference or any other details by which i can check back with make my trip.

                    I called makemytrip helpline[protected] and gave the mobile number registered for the sale ([protected]). Makemytrip refused to recognize the mobile number. Since i do not have an account with makemytrip, i do not have any other means to either query or complain

                      Dear team,
                      I had booked return tickets from pune to kolkata for sheduled dates of 6th march and 10th march, 2019. On randomly browsing through my mail today i found that i have received mail on 27th, feb, stating i have cancelled my ticket and refund has been initiated. I have registered a complaint with your call center with complain id[protected]. But request you to look into it on urgent basis as i have not cancelled any tickets and it must be a fault in your system. My booking id is nf[protected]. Request you to arrange compensation for my loss accordingly as i will have to re-book tickets at a higher fare.

                        I'm hingmire anuja had trip to mauritius in last week.. Ram mmt agent in mumbai told us we can get indian food over there but they gave us british hotel where indian shef was not available we served as there food.. We starved 7days as we didn't get proper food.. And the expense we spent on food is very much as we didn't enjoyed trip as we imagine.. Please don't make people fool as they get indian food over there.. Be honest with your customer..

                            I booked my multi city flight booking by makemytrip.com and in that i booked the direct flight from
                            Jaipur to udaipur leaving jaipur on 17th february 2019, by 4:20pm and arriving udaipur by 5:05 pm by indigo airlines.
                            The travel agents wrongly booked it as a flight leaving jaipur by the following flight:
                            Indigo airlines:6e-203 leave jaipur by 10:45 am reach delhi 11:50am, wait at the airport till 15:10 hrs and reach udaipur 16:30 hrs.
                            When they sent this wrong connection with long wait at delhi airport which i never booked, i called them and asked them how cum you did this they booked the direct flight xmq88e (Booking reference).
                            They have the following charges for this 45 minutes ride:
                            Airfare for me and my wife: 2980
                            Booking fee 450
                            Cgst rajasthan 86
                            Sgst 86
                            Passenger service fee 306
                            User development fee 860
                            Cancellation fee 2500
                            Cancellation fee 2500
                            Total fare 9768

                            Old booking according to their mistaken fees (2 times (4702+1395)=12114
                            Refund amount: 2426

                            They are exploiting me by wrongly booking and adding all kinds of service charges and rs 5000 from airlines for cancellation fees and it is squarely their fault. They should return all those fees and also they have to bear the cancellation fee as it was their wrong booking.
                            Is there any sense in taking a morning flight and spend 4 hours in delhi airport and take take a flight to udaipur when i booked only the direct flight. Is there any sense in my paying for such a round about flight via delhi when i can be in udaipur after 45 minutes. The direct flight was not even full for that information. Makemytrip.com is cheating me.
                            I complained to them and each time a new guy will hear the same and they were luring me to accept some coupon for rs 1000 to be used within 6 months and another person in the makemytrip.com lured me to accept rs 1500 coupon.
                            Since i was lecturing at udaipur iim, iit kanpur and iiit hyderabad, i thought the multi city booking via makemytrip.com will be helpful. Their so called multi city booking is a trap to hide even many direct flights and falsely add all kinds of service charges and even cheat passengers by shunting them from airport to airport when direct flights are easily available.

                              I had booked jet airways ticket through ‘make my trip’ from delhi to kochi (Travel date 08.02.19) on 19th january 2019. On 30th january i received a sms informing the cancellation of flight which i booked. After that till date i did not receive the refund of ticket charge. I sent one e-mail to jet airways and they informed me that that should be done at the end of the agency through which i booked the ticket. Hence, i request you to consider the difficulties of the customer and refund the amount at the earliest.

                                I had made a complaint against the booking id of international hotel vide booking no. Nh[protected]. Its been over 6 month. The team had offered me rs. 21000 compensation too which i had refused as that was not desired and it was complete refund to come and surprisingly my complaint was removed from the website of mmt how come...??? In the name of seniors the agent only speaks who even doesnt know how to speak. Recently i had a connect with shristhi and on long waiting for about 30 min got transfer to rija sarkar who never picked up the call.. Guess that you are waiting for the transfer of call for 30 min and then when call get transfer no one picks??? I had also tried reaching the number of management team member but no response. While i am writing this complaint i am speaking to the new agent now and she say she doesn't have a resolution and i asked that i want to speak to head customer care so she say there is no senior on the floor and there is no head customer care. I also want to highlight that mmt always come back and say that they call back and number is not reachable or they cant find the complaint in system, i would want them to also answer this how this is possible???

                                  I booked flight from mumbai to tvm and back through make my trip on 11 feb 2019 and the ticket has not confirmed so told that amount would reflect in 72 hrs. By 20 feb i checked and raised issue with no.[protected]. The concerned person told he has initiated the amount back and would reflect in 3 working days. After 4 working days told i contacted then they are saying will check still no update. Kindly let me know how i need to escalate. The payment was done by credit card.

                                    For booking ID NN[protected], I booked an International ticket today for my daughter after entering her name, DOB. But the booking details showed my name as the passenger. I called customer care number immediately . However, the executives were not helpful at all. The first person kept saying there is a system down issue and disconnected the phone rudely. No resolution offered by the second person as well. I have been trying to get some help since the last two hours and get the error made by MakeMyTrip corrected.

                                      Email sending me the e ticket has yet not been sent on the email address. The ticket was shown in make my trip account and customer chat prompted that there is no ticket booked. The sms of the booking was belatedly sent at 15:56 hrs i. E. 26 mins after the flight had departed. I had to make alternate arrangements. And also the e mail attaching the e-ticket has not been received yet (I. E. 16:54 hrs) after the flight has landed at its location.in view of these lapses and deficiencies on your part please refund the money charged for the said transaction immediately.

                                        I made booking from coimbatore to hyderabad flight successfully and after few days i got a message saying that particular flight was cancelled by airindia. I immediately called airindia, due to exemplary i made changes to fight which was not suitable for me. And at that time i made a request of refund with compensation but he denied to give so i straight away called makemytrip guy and asked him compensation. As whenever customer cancels the booking that he made he'll be incurred with some charges likewise whenever cancellation is done at airindia or makemytrip due to any situations they've to provide the compensation for sure, i feel the reciprocation of incurring charges should be done on either side when cancellation is going to happen either from any party. To be simplistic when customer cancels booking how charges are incurred on him, in the similar way any airline or makemytrip should provide compensation when they're cancelling
