I have booked:
1) tickets from mumbai to jaipur with booking id - nf[protected] of
Rs.10, 191/-
2) ticket from jaipur to mumbai with booking id nf[protected] of rs.4, 544/-
3) ticket from jaipur to mumbai with booking id nf[protected] of rs.5, 241/-
And seat booking funds in total for 2, 097/- and there is no one to help me process this refund.

    Greetings,

    I booked a cab through the booking number nc[protected] on makemytrip website, initially the plan was to go from agra to delhi with "innova" cab.
    I changed the trip by going to faridabad (Same number of km, same fare). Do a stop, and then go to new delhi airport.
    As per the deal, any additional km will be claimed 13.25inr and toll has to be paid to the drive. I took the all bill for tool.
    58km additional *13, 25inr = 768, 5inr
    Toll = 260inr
    One additional stop = 300inr (Not sure why we have this amount)
    Initial amount to be paid was 3079inr
    As per my calculation 3079+300+260+768, 5= 4407, 5 inr

    Unfortunately i am raising complaint for several issues:
    1) i booked a cab type "innova" and i got a smaller car. After discussing with customer service, the answer was that this type of cab was not available. I can understand, but it should have been raised before the trip and price should have been adjusted accordingly.
    2) licence plate was not the same than the one given by makemytrip
    3) driver requested more than 4800inr to be paid, and this amount has been confirmed by the customer service
    4) according to the amount asked, it means my trip from faridabad to airport cost more than 1700inr when a uber or ola cost maximum 800inr.

    I am fully aligned to pay a bill when it is as per the plan but it is not the case.

    I would like to be at least refund for the gap of amount and have a reduction of the price due to the wrong size of cab.

      I cancelled my flight 6e-6367 from patna to delhi on 11th march 2019.
      Airlines confirmed that they would refund my whole amount.
      But after trying several time and convincing mmt customer support that there is refund from airlines they just refunded rs 488 and now i am trying to contact the customer support of mmt no body is entertaining me to have conversation.
      Got a mail from airlines which states as :
      Further, we would like to inform you that an amount of inr 488 was refunded to the travel agency account on 12th march 2019 and an amount of inr 4550 has been processed today. We would request you to kindly get in touch with the concerned travel agency to claim the refund.

      I will attach a screenshot of mail i received from airlines and number of times i tried to contact mmt customer support.

      Last conversation i had i was told that my amount will be refunded in a day.
      This is unethical behaviour i have to try for two weeks for my refund still no response.

      Please help me to get my money back.

      My indigo pnr is JKVLSX for 25th April 2019 COK- BOM which is been cancelled and same has been confirmed by airline that a refund was initiated on 12th march 2019 for the same .. However till this date I havent got the refund of Rs 10274 ( 5 tickets). As per airline its pending from your side.
      Make my trip booking id is NF[protected]

      Please do the needfull, I am unable to reach thru customer care number as its only giving an IVR Options but nobody on call.. Its really a pathetic service
      A passenger in emergency cant get thru representative of make my trip even having multiple contact numbers.

      Kindly resolve this ASAP

        I am neeraj mishra with makemytrip customer eticket : nn[protected]. On 11 mar 2019 at 9:15 pm (Ist) (Only 30 days prior to scheduled time of departure), i got a text/whatsapp message stating that my jet airways flight 9w-727 with pnr: mfltzk has been cancelled due to operational reasons. Since then i was trying to contact the customer care via phone call / website / mmt app but nothing worked out.

        They didn't responded to phone calls, email, live chat so i booked another flight whose fare is almost double than the previous one.

        What the hell their support team are doing and why did they operating the service when they can't even able to respond.

        4. To wait till 15 days following 1st complaint on refund (compensation).

        If you do not know the comlaint procedure, the air carrier has to issue the form for filling.

          It is really a mental harassment when i can't control what i see on my make my trip account. I want to permanently disable my account. Please do it. My registered userid is [protected]@gmail.com. Also please add provision where i can't clear the history of my travels. Lack of such privacy setting makes me wanna delete the account more. Why isn't there already a provision to delete or account ourself?

              name correction on international air ticket

              I have booked an international ticket in makemytrip on Emirates and mistakenly captured the Initial instead of the full name (Last name) (As per the passport).
              Though the First name is captured correctly, Makemytrip refuses to correct the surname based on the passport copy i have shared.

              Emirates clearly informed that the name correction is doale and Make mytrip can do this, whereas MMT tells that emirates refuses to...

              Regarding Booking ID: NN[protected], the flight was cancelled by Jet Airways (airline) and a full refund was promised. But MMT cancelled the entire booking and refunded just Rs 6882 which is not even half of the booking amount.
              I even tried calling their customer support number but it went unanswered. Also, the online support is unavailable.

              I am very disappointed in MMT as a service provider.

              MMT offered just Rs 6000 for the cancelled flight although full refund was promised as the flight was cancelled through airlines.

              Please initiate a full refund for the cancelled flights.

                I got an email from makemytrip.com for one of my booking made for thailand that flight from bangkok to kolkata has been rescheduled. I have been trying to reach out to their customer care no:[protected] to get my tickets rescheduled or cancelled but the customer care would always reply that they are experiencing high volume of requests and are only serving requests which need action in the next 15 days. And when the call does get connected, it asks me to input the phone number through which the booking was made. Even after multiple times of entering the correct number, makemytrip would say that i have inputted the wrong phone number.

                Some of the details regarding this complaint are:

                Booking reference id: nn[protected]
                Booking date: 18 march 2019
                Itinerary changes info received:

                Old flight details: tg - 2347, 22:05, 14 june 2019
                New flight details: tg - 2347, 13:55, 14 june 2019

                Now since, my return to india is starting from krabi and then i will have to change my flight at bangkok, a flight which starts from bangkok and reaches kolkata on 14 june 2019 even before the krabi flight lands in bangkok, does not help my case at all. On top of that the sheer negligence of the company where it won't recognize my registered number or email address adds to the pain. This is not at all acceptable. Please provide me a solution as soon as possible.

                  Makemytrip sucks. I lost rs.6000 from makemytrip on booking a flight. While booking for a flight, after i had entered the otp, i was notified that it was not possible to complete the booking, and i should select another flight. After booking for another flight, i checked my email and found out that they had sent me tickets for both flights. They didn’t provide a customer care number on their site, only had a provision to message them, but without replies. I lost the whole money and didn't get any refund. Worst service.

                    I am dissatisfied with the customer chat service response from mmt, basically i had quoted a query regarding one of the international booking ;in1b[protected], this booking had air india flights ai114/ai117 which have been cancelled by company due to operational reasons from 16th march 2019, airline themselves have recommended to discuss the reroute options or full refund, inspite of this make my trip is unable to provide any satisfactory solution, each time i call customer support, the answer i got is that its still not cancelled my biggest worry is that what if this is cancelled last minute, i can't wait when its a govt regulation beyond control of makemy trip, why are agents not proactively discussing this situation

                    I need to get this matter investigated with ceo of company who are just fooling customers with no care of communicating

                      This is yogesh dige who reserved 2 seats (Ac/sleeper) in kaloji travels on 9th march 2019 which costs rs 1920. Bus departure was on 11 march 2019 from ahmednagar to goa and my makemytrip booking id was nu[protected] as well as operator pnr - 44pxxuur. I just had to start my journey on 11 th march from my hometown and suddenly a text massage on my mobile came which showing that due to unavoidable reasons the bus for your trip has been cancelled. I was shocked and had a call with bus operator but he said makemytrip will refund your ticket amount. I did my alternate arrangement of bus at my own. Now i m requesting you to refund my amount. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

                        Yesterday night {21/03/2019} @ around 1.30 am I had spoken with one Mr khajan for booking tickets.

                        I don't know where the mistake has happened from his end but he has booked the wrong dates as i had clearly mentioned dates from 5 th April to 12 th April

                        But he has given from 1st April to 12th April

                        Kindly revert as soon as possible

                        As I have already made full payment by credit card.

                        The agent khajan has NOT mentioned me the dates prior to booking for reconfirmation. As is the normal protocol before booking tickets for confirmation even for a movie ticket.

                        In spite of reaching out so many times to customer call service including immediately after hanging up my call with mr khajan after booking tickets just to confirm the dates from my end.

                        I did not get any feedback

                          Dear sir,

                          This is to inform that on 02.03.2019 i was having my connecting flight from surat to hyderabad & hyderabad to rajahmundary with pnr no. Gfsppj but because of some reason surat to hyderabad flight was delayed by 1 hr 35 minutes, because of the delay in departing this flight. I thought that i can't catch my next flight from hyderabad. So in morning at 07:37 hrs i have received a call from mo - [protected] for cancellation of my flight with full refund so i agreed for the same.
                          & then i have taken new ticket & completed my journey.

                          But the problem is i have not received my refund amount till now. I am contacting mmt through web & phone call but no any response received from them.
                          Always getting the reply that we are experiencing high outage of calls unable to take the call at this moment & i have raised complaint through web then also i have received reply that we are no more monitoring this email account and are shutting down support over email due to slow and ineffective resolution for our customers. If you need to contact makemytrip support please call us at[protected] or chat with us by logging into our app or desktop site and get instant resolution.

                          Please help in getting my money.

                            Air ticket for delhi to boston was booked through make my trip and on several attempts through its app, i am unable to get any person who can modify the date of travel. Qatar airways says that they can't do any modification as it is booked by agency. Online modification is not allowed on mmt app and no one is responding despite several attempts and thrice ticket raised by myra, its online travel assistance (Last the 3rd ticket id: [protected]). Visited local office of mmt in ahmedabad who bluntly refused to do anything as it was not done through them and advised to contact helpline no[protected] which is not responding due to heavy rush. Make my trip spends lots of money on tv ads but no one is there to help its customer. Computerized assistance says, cancel the ticket and book new ticket and there is no refund in cancellation.                             I am facing the same issue and Emirates clearly told make my trip can easily do the changes, but MMT citing Emirates refusing the change. Such a pathetic customer care and they are not bothered about anything.

                                Sir i have booked jet airways flight from makemytrip.com my booking was ahmedabad to hong kong via mumbai on 4th and 5th april 2019 and return ticket is on 10th april 2019 but jet airways has cancelled all it's flight i tried to contact you for refund but you are not reachable. Please let me know immediately yours jaya sharma [protected] jet airways is not responding to my grievance.

                                  I hereby make a complaint to Make My Trip.
                                  I was called by Jet and informed my flight was CANCELLED. 9W2446. I was advised to go to make my trip and cancelled the flight to get a full refund as airline had cancelled.
                                  I tried calling MMT many times. Busy!
                                  Finally I got through to Ref; Sharuck. I told him the airline had called me and said I must contact MMT.
                                  He looked into the details and said I must just call the airline and check. Why I said? He said I must call the airline and will call you back. He did NOT call me back!! I am furious.
                                  I am travelling with my 85 year old dad!
                                  I use MMT a lot.
                                  JET AIRWAYS called me. I HAVE A NOTE OF THEIR CALL. [protected]. I was advised to contact MMT. I want a full refund! I WANT MY REFUND FOR THIS FLIGHT. I have had to book another flight costing over 20000/- plus Jet was 14000/- THATS SCANDALOUS!

                                  I am going to take this matter further. It is a scam. Failure to refund me the full amount will result in me never using MMT again and giving the worst press on FB and all over social media.

                                  You will note from the photos that the flight had not been cancelled by me as they are trying to state... I cannot believe they are doing this to customers!!!

                                  Customer support did not replied regarding this issue. On w website they said u can not cancel online.
                                  I had cancelled the rail bookings from trivandrum to palani with pnr number [protected] and from palani to trivandrum with pnr number [protected] on 8 March 2019. After cancellations as per your instructions the money of each cancellations hadn't credited back to my account yet. So, kindly take necessary steps

                                      Madam/ Dear Sir,

                                      This is in reference to my complaint against the corporate Make My Trip. Before reading further, for clarity purpose, I wish to state my itinerary is as follows : 7th March from Mumbai to Delhi and return on 10th March from Delhi to Mumbai. Following are my issues :
                                      1. Booking ID NF[protected]
                                      This particular incident has happened on Feb18, 2019. When I was booking my itinerary on Make my trip app, I was instigated (forced) to update my app. The default setting while booking any flight has always been “Mumbai to Delhi”. With this in mind, I updated the app. After updating the app, the default setting was erroneously changed to “Delhi to Mumbai”, yet only after booking the itinerary did I come to know that the booking have been reversed or that the itinerary has been set as just the opposite. I had to travel from Mumbai to Delhi on 7th March and come back from Delhi to Mumbai on 10th of March. But, the opposite itinerary was booked instead. According to Booking ID NF[protected], I was travelling from Delhi to Mumbai on 7th March and from Mumbai to Delhi on 10th March. This erroneous booking has cost me INR 7, 282.00 . I blame the corporate, for compelling me to force update the app and changing the itinerary erroneously. I demand full refund on subsequent cancellation, as this erroneous booking has not been my mistake but the corporate’s.
                                      2. Booking ID NF[protected]
                                      On the same day Feb18, 2019, after knowing that the previous booking has been erroneous, I made a new booking, which exactly matched my itinerary i.e. Mumbai to Delhi on 7th March and return from Delhi to Mumbai on 10th March. This has cost me INR 8, 012.00 . The same day, I thought of cancelling my first booking so that I can at least save some out of my lost money. Then, I went on the app and in the section of “Upcoming Trips” I could see two bookings. The bookings have been illustrated exactly as they appeared, when I was cancelling my round trip of Booking ID NF[protected] .
                                      A Booking ID NF[protected]
                                      B Booking ID NF[protected]

                                      Now, I cancelled B Booking ID NF[protected], but immediately after two seconds I got a text from Flight Operators of A Booking ID NF[protected], stating that the said round trip has been cancelled. To my shock, I almost started crying at this moment and lost my cool. Never had I imagined that a corporate of this stature would have such a misleading mobile application.
                                      Later within a few minutes, in distraught I cancelled B Booking ID NF[protected] as well.
                                      3. Untimely/ No response/ False promises from the corporate
                                      This incident was reported to the customer care on 19th Feb, 2019, when I was assured that a technical team will look into the same. Yet, the very next day, the corporate called me up and said that this has been voluntarily done by you and hence no refund will be processed. To this I requested them that they have not even understood the problem . They accepted my reply and promised that they will call back regarding the issue. Yet, there has not been a single call from the corporate since then. It has been more than 15 days now. Each day, I call them and remind them of my issues and the corporate every time assures me that this issue will be resolved and that someone from the technical team will call me and attend my issues. Although, I am yet to receive any such phone call.
                                      ……
                                      Being a government employee and a responsible citizen of the society, such behavior with me by the corporate is uncalled for and unacceptable. This issue needs to be resolved by providing me full refund only.

                                      You may raise the complained at Cyber cell for security breach.
