MakeMyTrip India — A/c sleeper bus was not provided in initial journey

I had booked a/c sleeper bus ticket through makemytrip from jaipur to mumbai but i went to my boarding point at jay mahadev travels, sindhi camp jaipur they provided me seater bus for me and my wife and i have a back pain issue so from jaipur to ajmer we had to travel in a seater bus which was a painful experience and for this i blame makemytrip and i trusted this portal for my good experience.

This worst experience provided by makemytrip and the bus operator SR Travels and cargo i would recommend not to travel and book from makemytrip i even requested for refund for this journey but makemytrip denied everything.
