Cancellation amount

Hello,
I booked bus tickets Shirdi to Hyderabad in MakemyTrip PNR: D9FJTFXK, Booking ID :NU[protected]
I paid trip assurance too, i cancelled the ticket 6 hours before the bus starts.
They intiated refund claim on 27th December by 3:28pm but Makemytrip
didn't refund the trip amount yet.

I need my money back...

No resolution of complaint and refund of amount.

My self-Nitin & I booked a ticket from Bangalore to Ahmedabad in Make my trip (Operator – National Travels). I received a message from the operator at 8:15am on[protected] before 30 minutes of boarding “Due to traffic in city your bus will be delayed by 4hours 30 minute”.

Refunds for my cancellation

I had booked 2 seats froms delhi NCR to khatushyam ji . pay using google pay. at time of boarding they cancell the bus trip due to their reasons only.

they told me over call different reason, we dont get money. some times they said your money will be come abcak after 15 days .

they never refunded my money or never respond over mail or call...

Bue breakdown not refunded the money

Booked the ticket thro Make my trip website.Yolo bus i used to travel from dindigul to bangalore today .The bus breakdown took place at krishnagiri at 6:15 pm .We had asked by the bus staff to wait for alternate bus arangements (that too very late )which was coming from chennai but the arrangements not done as assured
After 1 1/2 hrs we walked 1 km and took other bus in our own source and reached bangalore

refund of rs. 5 lacs+ not received despite failed booking

I refer to Booking ID NN2A9L3L[protected].

On 22 Aug, I paid Rs. 5, 17, 864 via Netbanking for return tickets between Mumbai and London. The money was immediately deducted from my account, however the booking failed a few moments later and no flight ticket or PNR was generated.

The failed booking has been acknowledged by MMT, and I was assured by their customer service reps that my refund had been auto-initiated...

Recredit of egift vouchers of mmt

I have used 3 make my trip gift vouchers to book flight ticket on ai631 from mumbai to ahmedabad on 05.08.2024 and made balance payment of rs.2847/- however, i got a message which is reproduced for reference “flight booking has failed due to temporary technical error. However, we have received the payment and initiated full refund”.
Make my trip booking id is : nf2a99s[protected].

Now i am unable to use the 3 vouchers...

No refund issued

Makemytrip I am writing because of a problem with a recent ticket booking. I booked a ticket for 7th August, but it was issued for 4th August at 4:30 PM instead. This mistake has caused a lot of trouble.

When I asked for a refund, makemytrip refused. I paid ₹900 for this ticket, and I believe this is unfair.

I am asking MakeMyTrip to please look into this and refund my money as soon as possible....

Refund did not get credited into my account

I had Rs.3500 in my MakeMyTrip "my cash" wallet. They allowed only Rs.1400 to be credited back into my account. Even after the cash got debited from the "my cash" wallet, it DID NOT get credited back into my account. When I try to get the remaining Rs.2100 into my account, something goes wrong everytime. They don't have any option to raise a ticket for this purpose and there is absolutely no option to make a complaint. This is an act of fraud....

Require correct invoice/bill for may trip

I have hired taxi no ka01ae0658 for three days from bangalore to chikmagalur wef 29th june 2024 to 01 july 2024. Through make my trip.
The invoice provided is not correct and of a less amount. I contacted concern many times always same reply that we will revert soon ia a day or two but till date matter not resolved. I have to claim amount from my company but unable to do so only because of your poor service to provide correct invoice...

Also I have been trying to delete my account from the app . but for some reason the otp is not even coming to my registered number. This is very frustrating because i have been trying to delete it for hours but you guys dont even have a customer support number to handle these account related situations. Please urgently delete my account registered in the mail id [protected]@gmail.com
