I had booked a ticket in Indigo flight 6E-7197 from Chennai to Kozhikode for 06 Dec 25. Booking ID NF2AHN2Y[protected] & PNR VEH7PE (attached).
Due to unavoidable circumstances I needed to cancel the ticket.

When I logged into my Makemytrip account on website and also on mobile app, there is no link provided for cancellation in both. The chat AI also does not work. I have tried both web and app multiple times since 8.30...

I have called for kerala tour package. Initially sales person offered package without flight details. Flight was costing us between 80-90 thousand round trip from pune to kotchi. and package was around 133, 000 - 143, 000. Total was coming around 240, 000 to 250, 000

However in the end he offererd us sperate package for inward flight and outward flight which resulted in commbined 290, 000.

I Dr Saravanan have booked Air Arabia flight from Bangalore to Dammam via Sharjah with PNR no 6059NA through MakeMyTrip website on 14th oct 2025 journey date on 17th oct 2025 passenger name being DEVI SARAVANAN. Now I'm unable to do web check-in with the given PNR No and it shows as invalid PNR No.

I booked an 8 hour rental cab in Bangalore, on 21st Aug 2025. I paid an advance amount of INR 711 at the time of booking, and had to pay INR 2464 as remaining amount at the end of the trip.

But the driver instead asked for INR 3844 at the end of the trip which I paid as I was getting late for my flight. I have been trying to reach MMT's customer service desk but apparently MMT doesn't allow customers to talk to a customer...
