Hello
I am unable to Login into my Make My Trip account since my mobile number has changed. The website/mobile app sends the OTP to my Old Mobile number which is not active anymore. Without OTP there is no way I could get access to my account.
I have called Makemytrip's Customer service number several times, but no one was able to help. There is no option to connect to Support Team who could help with 'Account Management'. The only thing they do is 'Sell'.
As there is no way to Update my Account with new Mobile number - I cannot use the significant amount in my WALLET under Makemytrip account. I don;t want to loose thousands of rupees saved in my Wallet under Makemytrip account and hence would require help asap to get access back.
This loop is affecting millions of people who would have lost their money due to loosing access to their account wallet - hence a big Unethical way to making money by MakemyTrip.
Request your kind attention to please assist to address this issue.
