My first flight from Hyderabad to Kuala Lumpur was delayed, which led me to miss my connecting flight to Bali. I was at the airport, but the gate was closed by the time I reached.
Despite this being part of a round itinerary booked through MakeMyTrip, I received no proper assistance, refund, or rebooking support from them. I raised the issue multiple times through the app and customer service but got only generic responses and no real resolution.
This has caused me:
• Significant financial loss
• Stress and disruption to my travel plans
• Additional costs for booking a new flight and accommodation
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability and support from MakeMyTrip during a clear travel disruption.
🙏 I request:
• A full refund or compensation for the missed connection
• Reimbursement for any additional flight or hotel expenses
• An official apology and proper handling of the case
