MakeMyTrip India — Amount debited. Ticket not booked. Not able to track my refund

I tried booking the train ticket on 06 Aug 2025. The payment was debited from my bank account fro INR 1918. However the ticket was not booked. The status of the PNR is shown as failed. However, I am unable to track my refund status in the website/app. When I tried reaching out to the customer care, they are redirecting the call to the BOT/AI which takes me through my failed booking. Once we reach the refund conversation, the call automatically hangs. There is no update from the BOT also.
