[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — baggage information missing in ticket led to customer paying 36750 extra to airline mmt booking id nn[protected] | |||
I had purchased mumbai kuala lumpur ticket on 6th jun 2019. Baggage was available 15kg per person during checkout but in e-ticket did not received any baggage info. At airport, we came to know there is no baggage to our tickets and had to pay 36750 inr for baggage. While coming, we contacted mmt chat & received e-ticket with baggage details as na both side but baggage was given from kuala lumpur to mumbai. Later when connected to india mmt customer care, we got correct e-ticket with detailed baggage info. There were multiple mistakes in portal resulted in loss of 36750 inr and seeking recovery of it. Contacted mmt service multiple times with reference id[protected] but only last response that query forwarded to higher department. Was this information helpful? | |||
