I made the booking from MMT for hotel, cab and train. I had a problems since i arrived in the hotel. The hotel pictures whatever they shown on the website is not as per actual. It was unpleasant experience at the time of hotel stay. When i complaint about the same on 09/06/2019 in the morning they promised me that 2000INR travel voucher will be send to my email address which is not yet given.

The hotel said after 2 hours that booking has been cancelled in MMT. I arrived at 7 30AM and requested the authorities to check in earlier because my kid was there with me. They denied at 9 30 AM they called and said the booking has been cancelled then i called MMT and after had a word with many executives the issue was resolved.

Secondly, I booked the cab early morning it was mentioned i got the message that driver details will be shared from 10AM till 11 20AM thriugh sms. I waited till 11 30AM and there was no sms. When i called MMT the person told me if cab will not be arrange they will cancel and issue the voucher. MMT always tried to bribe the customers but not overcome with the plesant journey and response.

Thirdly, I booked the train tickets and it was WL, When it was confirmed the seats allotted was all different places. I dont have the chance to cancel the ticket at the end of the day. The journey was 11 hours we 2 shared same seat in the night in order to reach the destination.
I dont know whether i will trust MMT for anything more or not. It was unpleasant experience i had in the trip.
I had problems earlier with MMT whenever i booked the vacations, holidays from them.

No resolution on the complaint till date since 28 june
Sir I had booked a room at hotel tashila in manali and payments were done online via card details but no rooms were available and no refunds were available. Its irritating as i have paid for the room.
I have booked my hotel at 8:30 pm and i have paid rupees 3147.

    I tried booking domestic hotel on 1st june through MMT app. Booking did not take place but money was deducted from my bank account. Got a single call from customer care same day stating it will come back in 4 working days. Its been 12 days but still i have not got refund. None of helpline is reachable.

      Dear MMT,
      I am Sandeep kaur, I did a booking today in Kasauli at Dev Villa hotel but I just wanted to cancel it due to not finding the location and due to heavy rain.However, I called 6 times to request your team to help me out or refund me back, Every time they put my call on hold then transfer my call and harass me for 3 hours. I haven’t even checked in hotel due to this bad experience with MMT people they are not helpful, non-cooperative and harrased me alot.As I am very old customer of yours and using it from last 5 years bt now onwards I will never ever use it and I will stop my links to use it because of bad experience otherwise please refund my money back.

          I booked a ticket from delhi to jammu on 5th june and depart date was 6th june and on the day of travelling, I got a call from[protected] maheshwaram travels and he told me that the bus was cancelled and they will refund my money in 48 hours but I didn't get any refund yet. Please tell me why and when I get that.

            Flight for Delhi-Kullu via chandigarh on 24.06.19 was booked. Flight from delhi to chandigarh was cancelled and my seat was rescheduled from 5.40 am flight to 11.15 am flight which created misconnection from connected flight. On contacting MMT I was redirected to Air India instead of providing any solution. (Bad experience no. 1) with personal efforts could get matter resolved and got ticket in 6.45 am flight. I requested MMTthrough customer care to mail me reissued ticket. MMT responded promptly and sent me two mails but instead of appending reissued confirmed tickets, they sent me old cancelled tickets each time. (Bad experience no. 2) Is it the kind of service expected from a travel agency? Very sad and annoyed.

              I Have booked a hotel through Makemy trip india on 8th June 2019, 11:36 PM.
              I was travelling from Hyderabad to Warangal on that day, i got reached the hotel around 00:30 AM ( 9th June) and showed the booking details to OYO 17316 Radhika Residency, Hanamkoda, Telangana. At the reception counter i have received a shaking news saying that no rooms are available in that hotel. but the hotel got received the booking confirmation details to their TAB. Then i immediately called to OYO Customer call center, they advised me to contact Makemytrip since the booking was done by thru. Immediately i tried calling to Makemy trip customer call center, neither they responded to my call nor lifted my call. I have been tried calling them from 00:45AM ( 9th) 03:00 AM. none of the company representatives responded to my call.

              I lost my sleep for that entire day due to this incident. i have waited infront of the hotel for long hours for awaiting the call from makemytrip, but vain.

              Here i bring multiple issues to ICC forum.
              1. They have provided 24X7 Customer support number, but no one responded/ sometimes number is also not working
              2. I lost my wealth and good health for these day, since i miss the opportunity in for that travel purpose.
              3.my time got wasted 8 -9 hours, to and fro from warangal to Hyderabad.
              4. next day i got sick because i lost my sleep.
              5. my mind got totally disturbed due to this incident, this lead to mental truama, agony & pain

              i request ICC arrange the to compensate the loss of 1.77 lakhs ( travel time + lost Sleep+mental agony+pain+ business opportunity for this trip.

                With reference to the Cab service vide
                booking ID NC[protected], booked through MAKEMYTRIP APP the cab did not turned up on
                the day of booking.

                Not only that MMT arranged a tri-party
                tele-conference with Cab vendor on the same day and
                tele-conference conducted for around one hour. CAB Vendor
                informed me after listening that they can not provide this
                service and asked me to book another booking of cab with
                another vendor.

                Even MMT executive promised me to refund the full amount.

                But MMT has charged full amount even though the services was not
                availed.

                I want my hard earned money back.

                  On 10th June 2019, I booked a domestic hotel in Hydrabat. But there were transaction made but i do not received any confirmation and booking id.

                  I try to contact Makemytrip but i could not get to their customer service. And their online customer service were not helpful at all get no reply from them . All phone call service were useless could not even reach them, not event have option for this application.

                    MMT is doing fraud with me, on booking ID - NN[protected]. When i booked this ticket - i opted for no cost EMI, but MMT did not offer no cost EMI in the end and that is why my biller is now asking me to pay the complete amount. Earlier the customer care executives like Arindam, Aargo, Sohum etc spoke to me and said no deal was applied but later their floor supervisor another cheat by the name of Anuja said that interest EMI was charged. They are no.1 fraud and looting the customers. MMT should provide me the interest that i will pay for ths booking to my biller.

                      I've been contacting MakeMyTrip customer service since last one month to follow up on refund but am not getting any proper response from support team. Last, when I spoke to them, they kept forwarding my phone call from one person to another in the hope that I would disconnect at the end.

                      Sometimes, they just cut off that moment when they hear 'Jet Airway'.

                      The booking was made on 11 Mar, 2019 through MakeMyTrip.com website which had been cancelled due to temporary suspension of Jet Airways operations.

                      The worst part is that their live chat support, It's as good as any Chinese robot. No humans.

                      Their voice auto-reply keep saying "the refund is being processed and will take 3 business days" ever since the ticket was cancelled.

                      It’s definitely is not a professional service from MakeMyTrip.

                      Have already email their concern department but no answers.

                        I have booked a bus ticket on june 1st 2019. The bus is orange travels from Hyderabad to kochi. The bus timing is 2pm.On 11am i have noticed the travel agent number is not working and i reported in makemytrip customer care. They told that bus will pickup me on time. I reached on 1.30 pm. I reported on make trip on 1.45 pm and continuously i contacted makemytrip til 5pm. On 5pm they inform me i missed the bus. I am sure bus didn't reach in my boarding point and no pickup vans came for pick up me. I need the refund and one day salary.

                          We had booked a package online with make my trip for Himachal -NL[protected] worth 64000/-. My wife is having some critical pregnancy issues and doctors have suggested not to travel till delivery so we are requesting for the postpone of my current Himachal package or change the travellers details but they are not considering the circumstances and changing the dates or changing the travellers details also. In the terms and conditions there is no mention of this. Even though I have submitted the medical documents MMT is not considering the request and giving us the required change. MMT is trying to fraud the customers without giving them proper details and flexibility considering critical medical conditions

                            Booked a trip for a journey twice but both times it failed, it was mentioned the refund is processed and will reflect in my bank account after 12 days at most, however the money charged for one of the bookings has been refunded successfully and reflected already but one of it still remains unreflected.                               Hi,

                              I am Madhava from Hyderabad. Recently i had a hotel booking for 3 rooms on 2nd June 2019, in Mahabhaleshwar through MakeMyTrip(MMT) which was confirmed by them though mail and SMS. I was given OYO customer care number as contact for my booking through MMT. I had to go through many calls to get the actual hotel contact and When i contacted the hotel just before my chek in, i was informed that my booking is not confirmed at their end. Also, Hotel staff said that they wont deal with MMT. Immediately i have contacted MMT customer care where they did many false promises due to which around 4 to 5 hours of my time was completely wasted. Finally, i was informed by MMT customer care that, they can't help me in any way in this booking and forced me to take an alternative. I was in a trip with my entire family including 2 children and 2 senior citizens. All o[censored]s suffered a lot in hot noon due to this MMT fake booking. Our complete day spoiled due to this. And moreover i had to take alternative at a higher price than my budget.

                              With this entire experience i understood that, MMT is tempting customers to book hotels online at budget price and finally leaving them helpless and forcing them to take alternatives at higher prices.

                              With the help of this complaint, am expecting a reimbursement of extra expenses incurred by me as promised by one of the MMT customer care staff to me. Also, MMT should stop allowing customers to book an OYO property through MMT as MMT is not having any control over that kind of booking. And, at last it is customer who had to go through all the problems due to this.

                                I have been trying to delete my makemytrip india account forever now, but there is no option on their website to do this, which is SUPER annoying. please delete my account. Every time I go to customer service, it automatically loads to a page that says 'you have no bookings.' How is there no option to delete my account? do better, makemytrip india.

                                  Booked flight from Jet Airways 9w0616 code NAYVRY from Make my trip, The flight got cancelled & further its' more than 45 days still didn't receive the amount. Complained several times but Make my trip has taken the amount in the name of flight booking and not refunding my amount. I need a full compensation against the mental harassment got through with make my trip & would request you to please help me out.

                                      Air ticket was booked for me along with my family
                                      on 11th june 2019.

                                      .But due to certain circumstances we had to go on 9th of june .Hence i clicked on the change of date option and set the date on 9th june.The bill was shown and i paid the amount but after the booking it was shown that the ticket had been shifted to 6th of september instead of 9th of june.I had no work on 6th so i cancelled it and got the refund the partial amount but the mistake was from their side and when asked to customer care they are stating they can't do anything and are not accepting the mistake.So who will take the responsibility of my remaining amount gone.I want full refund of my money

                                        I have booked Jet airways Flight thro Make my trip.
                                        Jet airways cancelled the flight, I raised refund request on 14th april
                                        My refund is still Pending ..

                                        Every time when I call customer care executive, they will reply we don't have any info from airlines and put blame on their backend team..

                                        I have made request on full refund on the booking number (Make my trip Booking ID: NN[protected], since airline cancelled the schedule..
                                        Airline PNR : MAZIRE
                                        Request for refund had given from my end on 14th April 2019.(15 days gone)
                                        On following with MMT customer car executive(many times), they replied as yet received feedback from Jet Airways
                                        when i asked Jet airways customer care executive, they replied "No initiation from MMT team..
                                        So i am extremely worried and confused what i should do next to get refund..
                                        I am waiting for my refund for re-booking my flight, since my flight schedule on 10th May..(Very short time)
                                        Kindly consider this request as urgent and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
