My mother who is 69 yrs was traveling to mangalore from bangalore.. Ticket which was booked from make my trip vrl travels.. Last moment made changes to the seatno and bus. We had booked seater which she is comfortable and 3rd from front row 10 no seat... But after boarding they make her sit in sleeper 21 which is behind seat last row. Whole journey she was suffering with pain and uncomfortable.. There was no assistance in the bus.. Only driver who did not attend to my mother query... This is really disturbing and sad that for an aged woman they changed the seat no... Even if they were relocating cannot they see the age of the passenger and re - assign the seat.

    I booked my honeymoon package from makemytrip including flights from delhi to maldives from 22 jun-26 jun-2019.
    Information about venue the flight departure was given as terminal 2 in tickets provided by mmt but in actual it was from terminal 3 due to this i suffer alot and was being in trouble and about to miss my flight. After this incident when we reach at resort, for the honeymooners complementary gifts must be provided but at resort those are not given by resort as the confirm us that there is no information provided by travelling company about your honeymoon. After showing proofs they provide us the complementary gifts.
    At the time of trouble i tried to contact our relationship officer, but her phone got switched off also i leave a message for to contact when she got my message but she refuse and replied she dont want to talk.

    Sumana Saha, Indrajeet her supervisor, Ruma have been handling my booking. More than 6 lakhs paid but still tickets not issued. Have called up 15 times. Nobody bothered as it’s not their money. Worst site ever. Last call was for more than an hour and still they haven’t responded

      Hi, we are frequent users of Make My Trip. Recently, on 8th June our flight from Bangalore to Hyderabad - Spicejet SG1239 was delayed by an hour and a half. Since we reached the airport early we luckily found out as they had not sent us a notification or an sms, which is the airline's fault.
      The window to cancel a ticket is 2hrs prior and the spice jet counter at the airport refused to cooperate, stating we must cancel from Make My Trip. So by the time we logged in and tried to cancel, we missed the window by 5 mintues, literally and did not receive any refund. Now if we had known of the delay earlier, we could have cancelled our ticket. We did not want to wait until 10:45 pm to take off because of a certain emergency. But the lack of communication and irresponsibility on the Airline's or Make My Trip's behalf cost us our money. If the flight got delayed, the cancellation window should have also been expanded or changed. This is unfair, and I would like some kind of an answer so that this doesn't happen again. Refund our money or simply lose a frequent customer. Both Spicejet & Make my Trip should look into this as it paints a very sorry picture for both. Thanks

        I have mistakenly created 2 accounts on make my trip. On with email
        Id and another with mobile number. I tried to delete it by looking into the account but couldn't find an option 'to delete'. Why doesn't make my trip have an option to delete while every other site does.
        This is most annoying so please help me out. I need to delete the account with email id and its not possible. Neither customer centre people cant do it.. This is sick. Kindly do the needful.

          Makemytrip has cancelled my parents flights tickets without doing detailed checks. Moreover they have not resolved any refund or rebooked my parents tickets. The tickets are international flights and now my parents visa is expiring. I have to book my parents replacement tickets from other agency as makemytrip has resolved my complaint for more than 45 days.

            I paid through netbanking by my axis bank accounts.
            The payment of rs 6875 was made, but no ticket was issued.
            My money is not refunded. I tried to talk to customer care of makemytrip but couldn't connect. There is no wai can register my complaint. Please look into

              We were supposed to make the payment for a package being booked with you guys.. The rep misbehaved at the last moment and then her manager called up and assured to provide the best services.. When we received no revert.. I drafted an email for revert to the manager.. And now i get an email from mmt saying my query has been closed.. I must tell you.. You are losing loyal customers with such service.. A dissatisfied customer will tell 10 other people about the experience with the company

                I have booked ticket by make my trip.
                And I have to cancel the ticket due to some reasons. I tried with the link provided In the WhatsApp but it is directing me to a new link I have tried to chat with Myra l have provided her my details but nothing useful it says there was no booking. I lost around 1k rupees with this I need support how could such a reputed website irresponsible about the portal

                  We booked moniker resort & spa-manali-through mmt for 3nights, unfortunately (Mmt listed as 4star property), fake reviews/ratings from fake people boasting the properties value, and make fool out of a customer.
                  Room - shabby, you can get it from 800 to 1200 max in a 1- 2 star hotels or cottages. (Its suffocating, and view from the window opens to a building under construction).
                  Toilet-exhaust fan when used will disturb the other person sleeping in the room. Untidy washroom, not a 3/4star standard, the geyser is half open, you mind your head.
                  Food-breakfast menu is quite small, though its buffet brekafast but u wont eat more than 2 items for sure, puri bhaji, upma, paratha, no live counter (Not worth 6000/- for a night).
                  Service-horrible is quite respectful word to describe the service.
                  Location-not accessible, no signs of the hotel where to take the left turn from, untill you get down of your car and go to every hotel reception to enquire about the same, in the middle of night when u arrive from delhi to manali after a 15 hour drive.
                  Overall - i would request fellow travellers, do not believe in mmt anymore as it is listing properties without verifying the facts if its really worth 4 star?. Do not waste your time, hard earned money, your peace of mind, bonus point about this hotel is that there is no landline (Working condition), when we made a complaint on makemytrip they were not able to trace them for 2 days and finally they offered us partial refund (20%).

                    A booking was made with the booking id nn[protected].
                    I made a booking on 6th of february 2019 and got a mail of cancellation in april 2019. It has been more than 3 months since the cancellation and i have not got the refund yet. The worst part is the miserable customer care service. They are of absolutely no use. They have not even sent a mail after the cancellation mail on 19th april. There was no update since that day. Worst experience ever.

                    There is still no response from makemytrip support. They said they are getting the facts checked. Even after 3 months of cancellation they are still unclear about the facts. This is the most pathetic and miserable customer support I ever came across in the history of online service providers. Clearly there is a gross violation of consumer rights and is coverd under 'Deficiency of Service' of The Consumer Protection Act 1986.
                    I still haven't got the refund of Rs. 82220/- on the flight tickets cancelled by makemytrip nor is there any response or update regarding the same.

                      I went to northeast last month. When i did the payment i got the message that i will get cash back of 10000 if i did through icici and i will get it on june 16th. And i did the same. But still now i didn't get any cash back. I checked with the team but no response. My booking id no is nl[protected]. This was my worst experience they are giving false commitments like dinner and breakfast included in your package but when i reached the hotel the hotel person told that your package was with only breakfast. When i checked with the team they said the seller gave the wrong message and sorry for it thats all. Mmt is nowadays very worst and not responsible company. I need the solution for my cash back.

                        We booked ramada hotel, udaipur for the dates 21st june to 23rd june. But it got booked for 21st july to 23rd july. When we reached the hotel we got to know about this mistake. We contacted make my trip and they said they will talk to the hotel. The hotel said since their is 1 month still left for the booked dates, they are ready to refund but since we booked through mmt, mmt will initiate the refund.
                        The hotel has dropped and email regarding this to mmt, but we have not got any response from mmt regarding this.

                        I applied FLYNOW coupon while booking. It showed me that I applied it before checking out but after payment, when I checked the ticket, it's not showing that I applied the coupon. This is ridiculous. I'm never using MakeMyTrip ever again if that 1200 cashback is not processed.

                          While booking the tickets on make my trip app from kolkata to srinagar for august 01 2019 the payment was deducted from my account but the booking failed.in the second attemp the booking was successful and the amount was again deducted.                           I created an account on make my trip. I tried to delete it by looking into the account but couldn't find an option 'to delete'. Why doesn't make my trip have an option to delete while every other site does.

                            I have booked a flight to milan, italy for two passengers from mumbai. Date of travel was 24th april 2019 and the return date was 11th may 2019. I had booked from make my trip india and flight was of air italy. On 31st jan 2019, i received mail from make my trip about a possible change in my trip but after 10 minutes i received another email that my trip is confirmed. One day before my actual travel, i realized that my flight was canceled. I contacted make my trip and asked them for another ticket, they were not keen to provide it. It was mental torture from their side and make my trip customer care representatives lied to me about the status of flight. I had booked my tickets initially for 70172 rs total and for new tickets i had to pay 1, 62, 326 rs. I got the refund of actual flight (70, 172) but i need fare difference. I asked for claim from air italy company according to european law, but they are also not providing it. Make my trip and air italy, both are responsible for mental harrasment and wastage of my money.

                              Mmt booking id is : nn[protected]

                              This is to state that i had booked jetairways flight from mmt for my wife on 11th april, 2019 connecting delhi to stuttgart (Germany). As soon as i got to know about jetairways has suspended all its flight, i cancelled my booking on 19th of april, 2019.

                              Since then i am asking mmt about refund as it is their policy to initiate the refund to the customer. But they are not taking any action against it. Instead, they put call on hold every time or disconnected. Looks like they are not willing to pay.

                              Even on the mails, they sometimes respond like "your refund request is in progress" or sometimes "you have not initiated a refund".

                              We are currently in germany, and its very hard to connect to them. We already spent lot of money while calling them, also sent an email to the directors, but they never gave the resolution.

                                not received gst invoice against my hotel booking

                                During my hotel booking i submitted my gst no . After check out till date i not received gst invoice after several followed up .
                                One booking at hotel " the tubki resort ", goa . Check out 7 th june.( booking id nh[protected]
                                another booking at hotel mahalaxmi indo myanmar, guwahati . Check out 22 nd june. Booking id - nh[protected].

                                Customer care person akash told me today not possible to give you gst bill.br...

                                As you know 18th may 19, 01: 05 flight g8-346 - bom to del flight got delayed by 3 hrs due to technical problems (They change the flight) & cause of that we two passenger (Sachin ghadge tickets via make my trip (Pnr no - d4pkgc) missed the connecting flights to srinagar.

                                Also all the hotel bookings of srinagar got messed up due to delay of bom to del flight.
                                For this go air has to compensate me sachin ghadge hole tickets cost of bom to del & del to sxr. And this compensation has been promised by your delhi airport deputy manager ankush kakkar also after two hrs of discussion.
                                Even after go air delhi counter guys make us wait & suffer for more than 2 hrs for this commitment.
                                So you also don't do same!
                                And compensate us as soon as possible.

                                  We made online booking with make my trip (Mmt) booking id nl[protected] for a family trip to bhutan from may 13th-may 20th 2019. The booking was done in april 2019 and payments were made online thru links provided by mmt at regular intervals. This was for our family trip to bhutan which included 9 members. All requested details like name, sex, age, address of all passengers along with copies of pages of passport were sent at booking time to mmt by email/whatsapp. Despite sending the details mmt goofed up in the air ticket booking for one of the passengers mr. Ravi ramachandran whose sex was declared as "female" by mmt in the ticket. When this error was brought to their notice, they demanded an extra payment of rs. 3150/- to rectify the error, this despite no fault from our side. We had no alternative but to pay up since the tickets were provided just 2 days before our trip start date.
                                  We have complained to mmt customer support and the matter is yet to be resolved. We were promised refund of the extra money of rs. 3500/- but it is over a month and we just keep receiving automated mails that the matter is under review and a resolution will be in place. Attached is copy of the detail document sent by mmt to us on 10th may 2019, wherein it clearly mentions the passenger as "ms. Ravi k ramachandran" and sex as "female". Also, attached is the receipt of rs. 3150/- paid to mmt for making the correction.

                                    My name is shilpi and booked tour package on 20th-may-19 from delhi-spain-delhi for dates 22nd june'19 - 29th june'19.

                                    For all the visa assistance, air tickets and hotels they charged approx rs. 2.67 lakhs for 2 pax.

                                    I got my visa valid from 23rd june'19 whereas the flight ticket was booked by make my trip for 22nd june'19 from delhi to madrid (Spain).

                                    I was not allowed to board the flight because the visa was applicable from 23rd june instead of 22nd june. The difference of 1 day has ruined this travel.

                                    From the airport i called the emergency number of make my trip visa assistance team & also sonali gomes but it was switched off.

                                    Thereupon, i called relationship manager (Vibha) for help and she said will call me back in 10 minutes, i kept calling her but no reply.

                                    Since 22nd june'19 i have been calling n number of times for the assistance and help but the staff of make my trip were so unprofessional and lame.

                                    A person take services from a travel agent to have a hassle free trip but make my trip has created lots of hassles in this trip because they never asked for a visa copy otherwise i could have got the visa date corrected.
                                    Being a travel agent, they should have asked me for a visa copy.

                                    Their mismanagement has lead dissatisfaction for me and my son as they have completely spoiled my summer vacations.

                                    As my vacations are devastated only because of neglegency and irresponsible behavior of make my trip i want to give following options:

                                    1) make my trip should accommodate my travel in next trip as per my convenient dates

                                    2) refund my money completely

                                      I have booked a ticket on 8th july(booking id - NN[protected]. Later i tried to change the date to 5th july(i am okay to travel on 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 6th july anyday). I recieved a whatsapp communication from make trip that date change amendment is succeful. But after waiting 3 to 4 days, i didnt got my ticket. I raised a ticket with make my trip(reference number[protected]. They told me it will be solved, but there are some issues and all.In the last communication with make my trip they told they will communicate with airlines and see what they can do. Please solve this issue as fast as you can. I still have belief in make my trip.
