Dear team,

As i have booked a bus from pune to khamgaon dated 2 july 2019 of ticket no.84c6vabd (Operator pnr:[protected], makemy trip bus id:-nu[protected] but the bus was cancel by the respective travels & its create problem for us for travel with same day.

Still the ticket fare for the same is not refunded to us.

Kindly help us out.

    Dear sir/mam,
    I sachin chhabra working as teacher, saved money for my summer vacation tour and taken a tour package from mmt (Make my trip) with reference i. D-nl[protected]. (Attached is itenary sent by mmt) 20-26 june package of kerala costing inr:90046. I was cheated by mmt on 5 grounds mentioned below-
    1) day-1 hotel great escape resort room given was of damp smells and poor infrastructure. Later when i shouted, then my 2nd day stay in same hotel was in better room.
    2) boat house stay was committed in luxury boat ‘tarangini ‘ but actual stay was made in old basic boat named ‘symphony ‘.
    3) sales girl committed that hotel port palace where we stayed for 2 days (24-25 june night) has swimming pool but hotel was having no swimming pool.
    4) our 5th day of tour was monday, it was scheduled to be in kovalam (Refer itenary) and was prescribed visit of zoo, art gallery and museum... Since morning we traveled 150km from thekkaddy to kovalam and found all closed on monday (What a tour planning by mmt)
    Last day of tour, we rushed to kanyakumari and came back kovalam but unable to see art gallery and museum.
    5) complimentary breakfast was committed in hotel port palace but on morning of 26 june, we waited half - hour in hotel restaurant but no breakfast served, we left for flight empty stomach and grief of being humiliated and cheated.

    I hope all my 5 grievances should be settled with genuine compensation from mmt, before i put forward my case to public media portal and wherever possible.

      Description:i am standing at the hotel - denied check-in

      This issue was brought before the customer care through call and also through chat, at around 3 pm but after waiting for around 5 hrs at the hotel when i already booked another hotel, at around 8:30 i was informed about the alternative arrangements and refunds that u are providing. Does refund money only resolves the issue. What for the harrassment and pain that we suffered for long five hours by standing in front of the hotel. Many of our prefixed engagements had to cancel. I think responsible persons should be punished and i should be compensated.

        I have booked flights for mumbai to singapore return on 12feb2019, flight get auto cancelled on 15apr due to unavailability of flight.

          Ref my pnr no zeh5rs wherein i had cancelled the return journey of 11/may from blr to dac, and instead booked blr to del. Indigo confirmed vide their sms sent to me on 10/5 having processed a refund of rs.3650/- thru mmt to me. However it has been 53 days since then but am yet to receive this refund in my bank. Can i know the reason as to why hasn't mmt refunded this amount to my bank yet???

            I have booked the flight ticket on June 3rd from make my trip. Ticket is failed to book but amount got deducted from my account. I have checked with make my trip customer service already they said that they have not received any amount from my account but i received an email that using Zaak services 4022 amount got deducted.               I booked flight ticket to goa from makemytrip vide booking id NF [protected]. On booking the same got a voucher with the code Issued Instantly which was for unconditional discount of 25%. Had gone for a holiday there and booked hotel using the voucher and did not get discount, called makemy trip customer care for resolution initially they kept on transfrring the call between hotel and flight departments( all recordings available) and thereafter told me to send a mail. Kept on doing the hotel booking separetely as they confirmed for resolution of the issue in 24 hours. The ref number for the case was[protected], then came all sorts of funny solutions such as use the discount coupon in capital, do not leave space in between and finally got a last call on 4th June evening wherein i was told to share the snapshot of the coupon. Post that there is a trail of 20 mails to which they stopped replying. Even the mail reply is not coming leave aside and verbal reply. Would request you to please help me out with communicating to them that they can not take the consumer as granted, I never asked for a coupon and they duly confirmed on the phone that do the booking we will honour the same and now they are not even responding. We are living in a legalised society and makemytrip must have the courtesy to write back whether they are honouring their commitment or not. Non replying is not a solution at all.

              I got a call from makemytrip on 12/13th July by escalation team executive Kajal Arora ...was confirmed that they shall be giving me two coupons of 3000 as resolution of the complaint, they sent me one coupon and post that did not sent any further coupon. Sending them reminders but there is no response coming. Makemytrip team you guys are behaving like road side travel agents who used to make people board train with waiting tickets and take monies from them, this is extremely painful and full of mental harrasment the way you are responding to a simple issue. Your acceptance of the issue confirm that the same was a valid issue raised by me but confirmation of giving two coupons on mail then sending one coupon is like doing street smart activities by street boys. You should behave properly as professional Shall be raising this behaviour of yours with all possible windows. You are only surviving because of lack of propert competetion and funding you guys are getting el as customer service you guys are a complete failiure let me tell you. Have stopped using makemytrip from the day this expereince was done, else check my makemytrip expenditure has been close to 4 to 5 lacs annually. Treat this as most urgent also am experiencing extreme mental harrasment due to this behaviour of yours which is further effecting me health and in case of any such contingency happening you would be accountable for the entire medical bill.

                Due to suspension of jet flights, i had to cancel my international flight tickets on april 19, 2019. Despite regular follow ups, the refund has not been given so far. I was also given to understand that people are getting refund but the refund against my pnr has not so far been honoured. I am regularly following up with make my trip but they are not listening at all. They are making excuses all the times.

                one week has passed, still there is no response from Make My Trip. They are being biased in giving back refunds to its customers. I had booked quite a few lakhs of tickets and hotel accommodation through Make My Trip, but it is not serious in considering my refund. once again urge upon MMT to give back my hard earned money at the earliest.
                I booked 2 cabs from mumbai to pune on 18th june. They said i would recieve refund within 7 days but i have not recieved it yet. I tried communicating many times but they always said it would be done.

                  There was change of management in the hotel, there were no one to cater. Rooms were very dirty and untidy, bed sheets were torn and stained, dirty washrooms, mosquitos and cockroaches in the room. Unhygienic living conditio, our whole trip was spoiled as we had to book another hotel for rs. 5500/- and took 5-8 hours of our time.
                  We are surprised how you have selected and recommended this hotel as 2 star. We are your regular customers and never faced any problem. Please refund our money i. E. Rs 5500/- as we want to be your customer in future. But it has been very disappointing and we are not asking for inconvenience charges and also not going to consumer forum considering your past services.

                  We booked Group package for trip to North East in this June but MMT did not cover sightseeing as mentioned in itinerary and now they are falsely claiming about destinations which they have not actually covered.
                  Please let me know what other details are required so that my complaint can be registered.

                    I am from Mumbai and I booked hotel from makemy trip hotel name Spot on 41887 shyam palace, sarita vihar, New Delhi booking id NH2P[protected] from 1st July to 6th July 2019 and I paid all booking amount also. but they refuse to provide me aircondition room, TV, Wifi. I show my booking ticket then also he refuse then I call makemytrip customer care from today 12.30pm onwards but no reply. I Mumbai to Delhi for work but today I wast my time for hotel chakkar.
                    Now I am not believing in hotel online makemy trip. I got bad experience.

                    Now I request and try to help me to provide aircondition, TV and wifi room and my today I lost my day charges Rs.1000/-

                      I haven't recieved any communication from the company for 2 months about my cancelled flight by the airlines.
                      I have been chasing with them in all the possible ways.. Though they dummy seem to care about it.

                      Last communication recieved was foley's follows:

                      We have received a formal intimation by jet airways to submit refund applications to them.
                      We need to complete the claim process by 20 may 2019.
                      Further, the refund claims will be validated by jet airways within 45 days, as per iata procedures.
                      We are in process of claiming the refund amount for your booking/s as per the guidelines shared above and we will keep you informed on the progress.

                        My mother who is 69 yrs was traveling to mangalore from bangalore.. Ticket which was booked from make my trip vrl travels.. Last moment made changes to the seatno and bus. We had booked seater which she is comfortable and 3rd from front row 10 no seat... But after boarding they make her sit in sleeper 21 which is behind seat last row. Whole journey she was suffering with pain and uncomfortable.. There was no assistance in the bus.. Only driver who did not attend to my mother query... This is really disturbing and sad that for an aged woman they changed the seat no... Even if they were relocating cannot they see the age of the passenger and re - assign the seat.

                          I booked my honeymoon package from makemytrip including flights from delhi to maldives from 22 jun-26 jun-2019.
                          Information about venue the flight departure was given as terminal 2 in tickets provided by mmt but in actual it was from terminal 3 due to this i suffer alot and was being in trouble and about to miss my flight. After this incident when we reach at resort, for the honeymooners complementary gifts must be provided but at resort those are not given by resort as the confirm us that there is no information provided by travelling company about your honeymoon. After showing proofs they provide us the complementary gifts.
                          At the time of trouble i tried to contact our relationship officer, but her phone got switched off also i leave a message for to contact when she got my message but she refuse and replied she dont want to talk.

                          Sumana Saha, Indrajeet her supervisor, Ruma have been handling my booking. More than 6 lakhs paid but still tickets not issued. Have called up 15 times. Nobody bothered as it’s not their money. Worst site ever. Last call was for more than an hour and still they haven’t responded

                            Hi, we are frequent users of Make My Trip. Recently, on 8th June our flight from Bangalore to Hyderabad - Spicejet SG1239 was delayed by an hour and a half. Since we reached the airport early we luckily found out as they had not sent us a notification or an sms, which is the airline's fault.
                            The window to cancel a ticket is 2hrs prior and the spice jet counter at the airport refused to cooperate, stating we must cancel from Make My Trip. So by the time we logged in and tried to cancel, we missed the window by 5 mintues, literally and did not receive any refund. Now if we had known of the delay earlier, we could have cancelled our ticket. We did not want to wait until 10:45 pm to take off because of a certain emergency. But the lack of communication and irresponsibility on the Airline's or Make My Trip's behalf cost us our money. If the flight got delayed, the cancellation window should have also been expanded or changed. This is unfair, and I would like some kind of an answer so that this doesn't happen again. Refund our money or simply lose a frequent customer. Both Spicejet & Make my Trip should look into this as it paints a very sorry picture for both. Thanks

                              I have mistakenly created 2 accounts on make my trip. On with email
                              Id and another with mobile number. I tried to delete it by looking into the account but couldn't find an option 'to delete'. Why doesn't make my trip have an option to delete while every other site does.
                              This is most annoying so please help me out. I need to delete the account with email id and its not possible. Neither customer centre people cant do it.. This is sick. Kindly do the needful.

                                Makemytrip has cancelled my parents flights tickets without doing detailed checks. Moreover they have not resolved any refund or rebooked my parents tickets. The tickets are international flights and now my parents visa is expiring. I have to book my parents replacement tickets from other agency as makemytrip has resolved my complaint for more than 45 days.

                                  I paid through netbanking by my axis bank accounts.

                                    We were supposed to make the payment for a package being booked with you guys.. The rep misbehaved at the last moment and then her manager called up and assured to provide the best services.. When we received no revert.. I drafted an email for revert to the manager.. And now i get an email from mmt saying my query has been closed.. I must tell you.. You are losing loyal customers with such service.. A dissatisfied customer will tell 10 other people about the experience with the company

                                      And I have to cancel the ticket due to some reasons. I tried with the link provided In the WhatsApp but it is directing me to a new link I have tried to chat with Myra l have provided her my details but nothing useful it says there was no booking.                                         We booked moniker resort & spa-manali-through mmt for 3nights, unfortunately (Mmt listed as 4star property), fake reviews/ratings from fake people boasting the properties value, and make fool out of a customer.
                                        Room - shabby, you can get it from 800 to 1200 max in a 1- 2 star hotels or cottages. (Its suffocating, and view from the window opens to a building under construction).
                                        Toilet-exhaust fan when used will disturb the other person sleeping in the room. Untidy washroom, not a 3/4star standard, the geyser is half open, you mind your head.
                                        Food-breakfast menu is quite small, though its buffet brekafast but u wont eat more than 2 items for sure, puri bhaji, upma, paratha, no live counter (Not worth 6000/- for a night).
                                        Service-horrible is quite respectful word to describe the service.
                                        Location-not accessible, no signs of the hotel where to take the left turn from, untill you get down of your car and go to every hotel reception to enquire about the same, in the middle of night when u arrive from delhi to manali after a 15 hour drive.
                                        Overall - i would request fellow travellers, do not believe in mmt anymore as it is listing properties without verifying the facts if its really worth 4 star?. Do not waste your time, hard earned money, your peace of mind, bonus point about this hotel is that there is no landline (Working condition), when we made a complaint on makemytrip they were not able to trace them for 2 days and finally they offered us partial refund (20%).
