[Resolved]  MakeMyTrip India — best price guarantee offer denied

Hi, i made a booking online on makemytrip under the best price guarantee. At the time of booking, it stated that if you find cheaper fare then we will reimburse 10 times the amount. After that i found that there was a lower fare available on another site. I called up makemytrip and asked them about the same and the best price guarantee. They told me about the terms and conditions wherein if you use any discount coupon code, you dont stand eligible for the lowest price guarantee.

This is solely fooling the customers, i mean who will not use any coupon that the company itself is providing. First they make you use the coupon code under best price guarantee and then they say you are not eligible as you have used the coupon code.

If there is any such terms and condition, the company should give us two options that best price guarantee rate is applicable only if you "do not" use any discount coupon.

I am feeling cheated by makemytrip and demand an action.
