MakeMyTrip India — Booking done but bus did not arrive at the pickup location

This is in regards with the my booking ID - NU[protected].

I booked the bus but it did not arrive at the pickup location even after 1 hour of scheduled pick up. I tried to contact the customer care of MMT but no reply from them.

I faced so much inconvenience as I was left hanging by the bus operator who was not picking up the phone at all.

Please resolve this issue and refund my amount as soon as possible.
