I tried to book an international flight worth 59310 yesterday using MMTICICIFESTINT coupon, but got an error that "MMTICICIFESTINT wont work for selected payment option".I tried again yesterday for a domestic flight with MMTICICIFEST, and got the same error.
The customer care executive gave email id which is of "no-reply" in nature.
Despite having MMTBLACK membership, and waiting for 20+ minutes to connect, none of the customer care executives are able to solve issue and saying "they are helpless". MMTICICIFEST coupon is actually being applied, but when during payment page I am getting an error message that MMTICICIFEST wont work for selected payment option.
I possess ICICI MMT Card, with MMTBlack Exclusive Membership and trying to book through MakeMyTrip on Sale, with all terms and conditions satisfied, still denied the eligible discount due to irresponsible service from your end
I finally had to book from Goibibo for the international ticket and for the domestic ticket from makemytrip using a different coupon. As a result, I faced a loss of (5691+425) rupees loss for the international ticket and 600 rupees loss for the domestic ticket in terms of discount. This is nothing but a pure scam happening in the name of sales and needs to be stopped immediately. Being a regular customer of MakeMytrip with over 2L+ bookings in an year, I lost confidence and would never dare to book again from this scam website.
MakeMyTrip treats their customers like dirt and just play according to their needs. I need a proper explanation and necessary compensation for this humiliation. Was this information helpful? |
