On 15 Jan 2026 we booked a bus from Bangalore to Kharagpur (West Bengal) via MakeMyTrip details as below:

In an hour we got Bus ticket of Naveen Tours and Travels through message stating our travel details as from Bangalore to Bhubaneswar with details as below:
PNR# : NAVQ1FBF44449
Fare: INR 11449.20
Bus Number: AS02EC0954
We had booked bus till Kharagpur but provided till Bhubaneswar only, also we paid INR 22240 and the message from Naveen tours and travel showed only INR 11449.20
The Scam we faced was as below:
1. The destination changed from Kharagpur to Bhubaneswar
2. No connecting bus also provided to Kharagpur, we had to go to railway station and travel ourself the remaining journey.
3. The bus travel vendor changed from Vashistha Travels to Naveen Tours and travels.
4. We paid INR 22240 but the Naveen tours and Travels confirmation message showed only INR 11449.20.
We were only given half travel with lots of other pain as below:
While booking the ticket the travel time was 13:10, we called the bus operator & Driver more than 100+ times but no response. Around 5 PM our call was answered and it was informed to us that the bus will come to pick us up and finally he picked us at 6:46 PM, we had to wait in bus stand from 12:00 to 18:46. The bus lacked basic amenities like phone charging, and was insisting to finish the trip at Vizag, only after the passengers anger he travelled till the mentioned destination - Bhubaneswar.
