MakeMyTrip India — Bus service cancelled by operator-no refund given

This is Ravi Kiran. I had booked a bus for my family on 16.05.2025 from Visakhapatnam to Bhubaneswar.

Unfortunately, the bus operator cancelled the trip at the time of departure. No alternative arrangement was provided, no prior notice given, and there was no communication or support from MakeMyTrip on that night. My family waited at the bus stand for over 2 hours, hoping the bus would arrive, but their trip was completely ruined.

Till now, I have not received any refund. Even no customer care, email ID not responding for my refund. This experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating.

I request you to process a full refund immediately without any further delay.
