On 22-11-23 i have booked one ticket from hyderbad gopal to madhura wada, visakhapatnam on[protected] of morning star travels bus.
Actually i was intended on[protected], but in a hurry i have booked on[protected]. Bus timings are
picup -11:45.
Later i realised with in a minute and tried to cancel the ticket but It is showing zero refund. How is it possible.
Then I tried to call to MMT, but no use, direct voice assistance is not available.all are system generated numbers.
Then with little irritation and misfortune, i booked a again a ticket to madhurawad- visakhapatnam on[protected] for same bust which is at 11:45.
Still i didn't understand policy regarding cancellation with in a minute time.
I am valuable costumer for you, recently i am using MMT very, recently i booked a hotel too in uppal, hyderabad. You can check my booking history.
Even i have told many of my friends about MMT is good. But now you are not up to the mark in my concern.
Because cancellation is showing zero refund i have set an option like, operator has cancelled the service. I called operator also, but no use.
Kindly resolve the issue with refund from your end, otherwise faith will gone MMT.then i will moved any other platforms.in the past i was a abhi bus costumer.
Customer satisfaction very much important than anything.
Hoping that you will resolve including satisfaction.
