I booked one seat in ac sleeper class for journey date 23 july 2023 time 21:15 from aligarh to Jaipur.
But they cancelled the said ac bus. And provide me at 23:00 non ac poor and much dirty bus. I complained the issue to mmt but without answering me they closed my complaint.
And claimed them to refund my whole amount and compensation for mentally harrasment. But they closed my issue without saying anything.
I have to join my official training on urgent base at jaipur otherwise i will not travel in non ac bus.

    Coupon code not applicable in MakeMyTrip portal

    I'm not able to book a train ticket with my coupon code, it says - "Sorry! Promocode used is not applicable at the moment". Kindly suggest what to do ASAP??...

    I have booked a hotel in bhuvneshwar on dated 22/7/2023 . And when I reached hotel for check in there but hotel manager of booked hotel deney for my check in and told me why make my trip in booking the room while hotel is fully occupied so I have to return back from hotel with bag and bagage while it was raining I suffered that terrible situation at that time. I was waiting till late night to resolving the problem but no one has respond from make my trip. Beside it they are sending a massage that what was your stay.

      Hi Team,

      This is to inform you that I had booked a bus ticket on 17th July. I received booking confirmation below against this transaction Rs. 627 ticket Fair paid by Me.

      when I reached at Bus Stand, I came to know from ticket counter that there is no below bus has been planned from their end.

      Please note, It took me 1 hour to come to the conclusion that There is no below schedule from MSRTC. It was a very pathetic experience as I have not gotten any direct support from Make my trip nor at the bus end. Finally, I talked to one person from MSRTC. He Said that you need to contact Make My Trip to get your refund as there is no such bus schedule at their end.

      Then, I have travelled to my destination by changing multiple buses. Please note, MSRTC has not given any other bus service against my Ticket book.

      I have put the cancellation request on my trip with the option " Cancel By operator" as there is no appropriate option available.

      I am not able to connect to any customer support team as it is not available on the provided number.

      This is a pathetic experience as of now. Please give me the refund of Rs. 627. I get frustrated as no one is responding.

        I had booked my return flight ticket from DELHI to MUMBAI on 18 May, 2023. Due to sudden Examination reasons, I wanted to cancel my flight tickets from DEL to BOM by INDIGO scheduled on 31 May, 2023, so my dad on 24 May, 2023 directly spoke with INDIGO (DELHI-MUMBAI) to cancel the ticket. Indigo had cancelled the tickets and told me to further speak with MakeMyTrip for further processes. So, I had called MakeMyTrip for further details, and for a simple cancellation process that took me 20 Minutes to explain that I, had already cancelled my flight tickets from INDIGO just please process my refund, the customer executive, instead cancelled my AIR INDIA (MUMBAI-DELHI) Flight scheduled on 9 July, 2023. Despite telling the executive the Airline, the Date, the sector of the travel, He cancelled the wrong Ticket.
        So, I have been in contact with MakeMyTrip, but they always say that, they will check the recording of the call. Now it's been 2 Months yet no response..

          Dear Sir,
          It is intimated that I am getting daily spam mails from Make My trip through [protected]@connectinboxx.com under different heads ie regarding their MakemyTrip, MMT, Make my trip, MMT India, myBiz, M.M.T. etc. These mails number 15-20 per day sometimes two to three in a span of a few minutes. I fail to understand how a Company of this stature can use tricks and violates the privacy of citizens. It is even more shameful because there is no email address available on which to lodge complaints. Emails which I try to send remain undelivered as the sender does not accept replies or has blocked the mails by their servers. this clearly establishes their guilt of involvement in online scams and spams. Request take up case with this cheap spammer whose bosses refuse to listen to the voice of the people .

                Their free date change as per them is applicable till upto 2 hours before flight departure and yet we were unable to use the app to do the same even 3.5 hrs before.

                We had booked for 13th June with Rs 460/- spent for free date change.

                Their customer care firstly overcharged us Rs 1560/- stating they were taking extra for price difference in new flight date and...

                Dues to Flights issue, booking didn't go well, it has been cancelled.

                Now, I'm unable to contact makemytrip for the refund of the cancelled booking.

                It is told the refund would be processed within 10 working days, no updates on the refund yet.

                Now i'm unable to contact them, the refund is showing failed.

                  I paid Rs. 44, 600 from my bank account for a hotel booking and makemytrip tells me that the transaction has not gone through, and has not provided any booking ID or confirmation.
                  The booking was made on July 12th 2023. The confirmation from Axis Bank is -
                  "Dear Customer, We wish to inform you that Rs 44600.00 has been debited from your A/c no. XX3270 on[protected]:12:39 at NBSM/20759440/CCAVENUE.COM / CHARGE/."

                  The amount has been deducted from my bank account, and my bank confirmed that the amount has been credited to the beneficiary, in this case makemytrip.

                  Every time I call, I am asked for a transaction id that was never provdided by the system even after the payment went though and am told it will take an increasing amount of time that it would take makemytrip to make a refund, starting with 24 hours and ending with 5 business days.

                  I have sent emails to [protected]@makemytrip.com, [protected]@makemytrip.com and called them numerous time. I repeatedly asked to speak to a supervisor, or someone who could provide me with an immediate refund or booking, and after holding on for more than 10 minutes each and every time, they disconnect me.

                  Hi, please share us your registered contact number and we will get back at the earliest. Also please note, as part of the resolution process, our executives will never ask you to initiate any financial transaction or download any app or part with confidential account related information.                       We booked our 2 bus tickets from Delhi to Manali on MakeMyTrip on 7july2023. The bus changed 3 times on our trip due to break down and permit issues. When we reached Mandi, we were asked come out of the bus due to some break down issue. Driver said that no other bus will come and we need to go on our own by taking another conveyance. We asked driver that how would we reach there if you leave us midway, he said that I do not know you may take another bus. We contacted bus owner CITY LAND TRAVELS but our call was put on hold and we did not get any help. After waiting for hours we got another bus and spent extra money to reach Manali. In this situation of flooding and slide we including 50 other travellers were left stranded on on road near Mandi Himachal Pradesh. When we tried to lodge complaint on MakeMyTrip then our complaint was marked as resolved by giving us the reason that Travel agency has said that bus was not cancelled. In this situation, when no one is helping us we are left with only option to get help from consumer complaints portal as we have trust that we will definitely get help. I have attached photo of bus. Please look into this matter and help us getting our refund of Rs. 1370 and Rs. 3500 which we paid to taxi to reach Manali from Mandi district.

                      There is no response from customer care. They have denied to resolve the issue. They have said that refund will not be provided. We will not leave these fraudsters without giving them a lesson that consumers can not be left unhelped when there are stringent laws in India to protect consumers
                      Please help us so that we can save our time from reaching higher authorities.

                          This is to bring to your kind notice that we had booked a hotel room on 4th July 2023 in the name of Mr.Amit Lamba for the period 4.7.2023 to 7.7.2023 through our account on MakeMyTrip vide Booking ID: NH[protected] (PNR No.[protected]).

                          Regrettably when Mr.Amit Lamba approached the above Hotel, he was told that the hotel has cancelled their account with MakeMyTrip since long and despite the Hotel cancelling their account with you, MakeMyTrip continues to take bookings and nor have they received the payment. Presuming the money would be returned to our account as Mr.Amit Lamba had not resided in the said Hotel against the aforesaid Booking ID dt.4th July, we did not immediately bring it to your notice.

                          We request you to kindly look into the matter and arrange to refund the amount of Rs.10, 085/- at the earliest and oblige.

                            "Bucket Sale" Coupon Codes not working for ICICI MMT Card

                            I tried to book an international flight worth 59310 yesterday using MMTICICIFESTINT coupon, but got an error that "MMTICICIFESTINT wont work for selected payment option".I tried again yesterday for a domestic flight with MMTICICIFEST, and got the same error.

                                I am forwarding the below complaints submitted by email to Make My Trip officer who booked my trip package but there is no action yet.

                                Reference: Private Package for family taken from 21st June to 28th June, 2023 from Delhi airport to Uttarakhand Places and drop to Jaipur.

                                As old and regular customer of Make My Trip, I genuinely and sincerely lodge serious complaints towards very substandard services of transport mainly and substandard hotel at Guptkashi, Uttarakhand. Reference to above package, I purchased a private tour package with 4star Luxury Hotel and Good and safe condition Car. I had informed and expressed all the serious problems of very poor and unsafe condition of cars and substandards hotel stay ( 3 Nights in Guptkashi) continuously by phone, whats app to you and vendors, sub-vendors and card drivers again and again.

                                Though you attended my calls and whatsapp messages, accepted the problems and tried but the issues/problems could not be corrected/resolved, so Make My Trip failed to provide the assured services as per the amount paid for the Luxury package for the trip.

                                Needless to say, that due to involvement of multiple vendors/sub vendors like Trihari Travels, Chawla Travels (sub-vendor of Trihari Travels), 3 different cars and their drivers, not only I paid huge money for the services but never received the promised services. First, there was a very unsafe and shabby condition car was used from Delhi airport to Rishikesh, but changed after a lot of follow up from Rishikesh. Again, another very dirty, shabby and unsafe car was provided from Delhi to Jaipur with no place in back luggage box ( no space due to CNG cylinder) and I was forced to travel with my some of my luggage wet on the top of the car and also luggage kept on the rear seat at the discomfort of my family, as there was very less place to sit on the rear seat. My valuable luggage on the top of car was spoiled due to heavy rains ( as there was no space in back box of car)

                                Also, my family was forced to live 3 Nights in a very substandard lodge ( Zero Star) in Guptkashi, though I was charged for a 4 Star Luxury Hotels. Except Badrinath and Haridwar, other hotels were also not luxury hotels.

                                Summary is that my holiday tour with family was spoiled by Make My Trip due to continuous tension by calling multiple agencies and still not resolved. I had to run with high risks of accident due to very poor condition of cars on hills, highway and extremely high inconveniences faced throughout the tour.

                                I therefore, raise this very serious complaints formally and request Make My Trip to compensate the spoiling of my tour, high discomforts, inconveniences and safety threats on during the travel due to unsafe and very poor condition cars by REFUNDING THE FULL AMOUNT PAID TO MAKE MY TRIP ( Rs 156600) AS COMPENSATION TO KEEP THE REPUTATION OF MAKE MY TRIP AND TO RETAIN THE FAITH OF MINE AS VERY OLD AND REGULAR CUSTOMER). PLEASE BE INFORMED THAT SINCE LAST SO MANY YEARS, I AM USER OF MAKE MY TRIP FOR BOOKING MY TICKETS, PACKAGES ETC.

                                Please acknowledge this email and do the needful in refunding the charged money.

                                Anticipating a quick refund of tour package charges, I am sure that Make My Trip being a professional company will take the cognizance of this matter and will not only satisfy me by refunding the tour amount but also will take the Quality Control of the vendor services to restore the reputation of the company and satisfaction of its valuable customers. I believe that I will get my refund of tour within a week's time and I will not be forced to escalate the matter to Make My Trip Top Management, social media etc.

                                Above is also a sincere feedback on the experience of my family for this tour and services received.

                                  Delayed response, discrepancy in bill

                                  I had made a booking of Lemon Tree Hyderabad Hitech city .. the price shown to me by make my trip was way different from the price that i got in my final bill from lemon tree . I was forcefully make to pay service charge 12% which according to bill was optional and because it was a prepaid booking the money was already taken my MMT .
