MakeMyTrip India — Cab was booked along with flight but no cab was arranged and money was not refund

I booked a flight along with a cab with Booking ID: NF[protected]
and unfortunately, my booking was canceled by MMT. I paid 8010 INR on 19/09/2021 and only 4932 INR was refunded for the flight ticket. There is no refund for the cab booking although I did not get any information about the cab booking and I never boarded the cab. I have proof in my bank statement that I paid 8010 INR. However, nowhere it is mentioned about the cab booking from Chennai to Tirupati in my trip in the MMT account. I have contacted many times to MMT customer care but they did not resolve the issue.
