I had cancelled a flight directly with the airline which was booked through mmt. I also paid the cancellation charges with the airline.
The airline company had informed me that they would refund the booking amount to the original mode of payment (Which is my bank account).

There is no proper customer care email id mentioned anywhere. The customer care nos are engaged continuously and not able to speak to anyone for refund of my cancellations of flight due to covid

Please provide customer care email id in the website of makemytrip.

On 17 feb 2020, vide mmt booking id nn[protected], i had booked etihad – mumbai – abu dhabi - dusseldorf – zurich – abu dhabi – mumbai flights in the name of shraddha dcunha, my wife. I had paid an amount of rs ₹ 46511, vide my credit card.

I booked a ticket yesterday night through MMT and the fare is showing as Rs.118231 at the airlines but Mmt has charged 129993 -the airline itinerary shows the correct fare but on offline booking the agent Rishiraj Kashyap wasted my time on call by talking unnecessary things and then all of a sudden said that fare had increased by the airline and forced me to pay additional amount.Even now Cleartrip etc are showing that there are seats available...

I have booked a cab from makemytrip at 9.30 am, for mumbai international airport fo r 10.15am, however they have changed my booking time to 11.30am.

When i called the customer care number and informed them about the issue and said i have a flight at 1.00 pm and cannot take a cab of 11.30am.

They said because u have booked at 9.30 am, that's why the booking i done at 11.30.

I recently published a hotel review on make my trip by mistake and now this review can’t be deleted. Even after calling customer care they said it isn’t possible from my or their end. This is totally unacceptable from a renowned business site like make my trip. Kindly help me and take the required action.

I had booked a bus from vijayapura to banglore on 15th january, dating 16th... Since i will not be able to make that journey i tried to reschedule on the app, which was not possible and was asked to call the operator, who in turn did not allow it stating that it was the make my trip personal or the app which should provide the option and not the bus operator... I just finishing booking tickets with make my trip.com and was shocked to see a 1500 rs surcharge on my ticket for convenience fee. This was taken on a ticket totaling 10, 733 rs at the end of the transaction. This equals 15% surcharge for booking on their site after they have already charged you normal booking fees included in the fare. While booking flights on maymytrip portal, it is seen that the option of getting insurance coverage is already selected by booking portal. It is auto clicked already and customers while booking are not given any option to confirm for insurance coverage. So consumers don't remember to deselect the checkbox of insurance coverage and fee is charged for insurance also.
The autoclicked checkbox should be disabled by the company.

We have planned europe trip for 5 may 2019 group with family from make my trip. Our visa is rejected and our booking was under visa protection plan.
That means if visa is rejected they will return booking amount rs 1, 20, 000
But now they are making new rules and not giving any refund.
