[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — Cancellation amount not refunded - Air Pegasus has cancelled the flight due to technical reason

Hi,
I've been cheated and have given false promises by the makemytrip guys that the cancellation will be refunded. But as of today my amount is *not refunded *. Air Pegasus has cancelled the flight due to technical issues and communicated to me that full amount will be refunded.

I've spoken to Air Pegasus airlines, they have confirmed with pdf that the amount has been refunded. I've send mail with the confirmed pdf to makemytrip, but still not sure why they are holding my money?. Totally unprofessional and cheating.

I've booked the Air ticket on 25th July 2016 via makemytrip from Bangalore to Hubli, details below

While validating your case, we have found that our management team has actioned your case and update you with the current refund situation from airline's end. We would like to re-iterate the same that, Airlines might have informed you that refund has been processed but this is a misleading information you might have received from their call center team, as till now we haven’t received any refund yet from them. We have received enormous complaints regarding this similar issue with this airlines and we are continuously following up with them.

As per our management decision we won’t be able to honor refund, until & unless we do not receive the same from airlines. Hence we would request you to kindly wait for the same.
