MakeMyTrip India — Cancellation of ticket being denied

I had booked a ticket in Indigo flight 6E-7197 from Chennai to Kozhikode for 06 Dec 25. Booking ID NF2AHN2Y[protected] & PNR VEH7PE (attached).
Due to unavoidable circumstances I needed to cancel the ticket.

When I logged into my Makemytrip account on website and also on mobile app, there is no link provided for cancellation in both. The chat AI also does not work. I have tried both web and app multiple times since 8.30 PM today, but no link for cancellation is available.
Please cancel ticket at your end and refund entitled amount back.
