MakeMyTrip India — Cancellation Refund Transfer from Wallet to Bank

The MMT app says that you can transfer the wallet balance to your bank if it is due to trip cancellation.
However while trying to do so from the app, the option is not working.

I would wish to speak from a representative from MMT and get this resolved.

Please assist at the earliest.
