[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — cannot use mmt wallet even when it is valid

I am a frequent user of make my trip and i was booking a flight. However the option o[censored]sing mmtwallet is not there even when its valid. Booking id f[protected]. I have used the service as the tickets were increasing very fast. However will not be able to use the wallet money since it would expire. This is a deceptive way of providing us with bonus money and not allowing us to use it

Also, please be advised that, this is one of the promotional offers and designed in such a way with an expiry date. This is same for all users and has to be followed as per its terms & conditions. The same cannot be changed.

It is unfortunate to note that your recent experience with us has not been up to your satisfaction.
