I have booked the 4 Air ticket through MakeMytrip in JET AIRways.
Due to JET AIRways LAZY and uneducated staff, I missed my flight and when I asked for refund to MAKEMYTRIP and AIRLINE .But both are doing time pass and sending me to each other but not refunding my money. So i am requesting you to all plz careful before taking any kind of service from these firms and save your money, time, mental and physical harassments. Please find the below mail responses which I got from makeMytrip.

Please allow me to reiterate, offloading was not intentional and had there been a slightest possibility, our staff would have definitely accommodated you on the flight. since there were seats on the flight, there is no reason for the staff not to accept you if seats were available.
In such situations, the guests’ booking automatically gets updated as a ‘No Show’ and in the event the guest wishes to re book, the applicable penalties as per the fare rules of the ticket is levied. We sincerely regret our inability to waive off the charges. Since this is a travel agent booking, please request the agent to apply for the applicable refund.

Hello MakeMyTrip,
Please find the required detailed as mentioned below:-
My self Shobhit Kumar Gupta, I had booked 4 flight tickets in flight no. 9W-768, PNR HOJTQJ for 11th Dec 2017.
Unable to do the web check-in due to site was slow and when I reached at check-in counter before 8.00 pm, the executive hold me for few mints and said wait for your turn even those I informed him my flight timing and I was travelling with my two little kids below 1 yrs.
And when my turn came, he said you are late for this fight 5 mints and sent me supervisor counter.
When I reached to supervisor counter and got my turn to talk to her, she told me you are too late and why you are late.
And she sent me to booking counter for booking next flight ticket. But there I get to know that fight was already full and they cancelled my ticket with reason “late entry “and told me sorry.
Is this your new business policy to cheat the customer and get money?
What about human being?
Are you doing business or making customer fool?
I want complete refund and compensation for this mental and physical harassment.
Please take this as serious concern and resolve this asap.
