I had booked two tickets for delhi to mumbai and another mumbai to dehradun for dates 6.5.18 and 8.5.18. Both the pnr no gbbwuc and kdlhwz were cancelled by by me on 27.4.18. They said the refund is send to make my trip if rs 5255 and rs 1618 respectively for both by indigo airlines. Kindly refund the same on urgent basis as already it's been more than 20 days

    My visa has been rejected whose interview was scheduled on may 16th, 2018 at 10.30 hours. I have informed manree via wats app yesterday to which she had called & confirmed that she has raised the issue internally. I am, yet top heard about my refund status for the tour of nl[protected].

    Here is the cop[y of the wats app chat:

    As per https://www.makemytrip.com/sites/default/files/ck_uploads/OBT%20Booking%20Terms%... i should be refunded the amount after deducting the visa charges.

    I need this to be addressed immediately, please assist & i expect this to be handled in priority.

    I was expecting a status update yesterday only but nothing of sort was there

    The internet is full of fraud cases against mmt for the refund. Ami i also to suffer the same way? Please confirm so that i get geared up.

    The last telephonic conversation with manee somewhat indicated the same as she was not ready to co-operate & was unaffected by my situation.

    The amount paid is large. I regret the day when i decided to choose your company.

    Can you help me in getting the money back? If not you all then who can i go to?

    I am a single parent with job & child, time is a constraint for me. Money is very important to me.

    Anubhav just informed that sales team is going to contact, it is over 48 hours there is no response & update.

    I am again stating the complete issue.

      Dear sir
      I have booked the bus ticket from bhilwara to bikaner on 17/05/2018 at 11.45 am in milan travels to travel on 18/05/2018. Bus fare was1000/-. Make my trip shown the amount 1030/-. And then shown discount of 50/-, then amount to pay shown was 980/- but the money deducted from my bank account is 1030/-.
      This is clear cheating.

      Kindly return the amount 50/- back to my bank account as early as possible, otherwise i will send all the screen shot in social site and people will stop using your app

        I booked a hotel named HERITAGE Hotel in Ujjain for 14 May 2018. Amount of Rs 1080 was deduced from my account but I did not receive a confirmation of booking. As per the schedule I went to the same hotel but the owner did not helped us out and asked for extra charge for the room.. with loads of search I finally searched another hotel... My main concern is if a particular amount was deducted then why was the confirmation for the same was not given also kindly refund my amount for the booking which actually pushed me in a great problem.

          I had booked hotel from makemytrip to goa at atmaram hotel...2 booking was made at same day 2 rooms was provided to us

          The worst experience i had face in my life and my family members

          1st in hotel major problem was water... When we get bath from shower yellow water was coming it was boring water all yellow water was coming we can't even bath in our hotel for 2 days same day and next day morning we had just wash out face by biserli bottle... No use of hotel and next day my all family members was facing same issue which i had face itching and redness on skin... Due to poor impure water we had bath we face itching problem to everyone
          Our goa journey had totally wasted due to mmt and whole family had to take dermatologist trestment... Doctor had charges rs 500 consultant service to every family member 6 of them we had to face rs 3000 for medical charges for doctors and medicine are different

          This all happen due to make my trip because mmt had to verify all small things from hotel then had to published on their site

          Even we are not get car packing near hotel where there was space for our car

          Nor we had get free wi-fi facility in hotel soap are provided only 2 for 4 person all are cheap quality

            REFER- 63NZQXHN(Operator PNR: 63NZQXHN )
            Booked WBSTC Bus through Make My Trip India for journey from Digha to Kolkata on 15.05.18. Bus start time at Digha 6.15 am. My seat no 14.
            But as I board the bus at next stop, the conductor resold my seat to another person who board from Digha. Bus no WB 11 D2817.
            The conductor did not allowed me to sit at my seat. So I was forced to travel 4 hours by standing in crowded bus. He did not show his Id card, list of seat booked and harassed me.
            So, I want compensation for inconvenience caused to me.

              I am rauf shaikh, last month we had visited bali. We were around 46 people, out of which 5 people were happen to pay the amount twice, he made them pay in cash as well as online transfer. Mr anand said that, he will refund the amount which was paid online, but he hasn't done yet, it's been past 20 days he replied us.
              Kindly have a look into the issue, otherwise i have to take the strict action against make my trip.

              I had booked an international flight with booking Id NN[protected], and applied coupon code HSBCINT, I was supposed to get 20% cashback in my hsbc card within 30 days, but I haven't received the cashback even after 3 months completed. I have raised complain 3-4 times in makemytrip but always it falls on deef ears.

                I tried booking flight tickets back in the month of january using makemytrip. My issue is simply that they show the default date as the next date if you try booking flight tickets on their app where as it should show the default date as today's date.

                Booked a ticket on 4th jan... I wanted to book a ticket for 4th jan however app showed the default date as 5th jan and because i didn't realise that mmt has their own stupid logic of putting default date as tomorrows date i accidentally booked the ticket (5th jan). When i got the confirmation email i realised that the date is incorrect and hence cancelled it within 10 min of booking. Made the correct booking of 4th jan immediately. They charged me cancellation fee which i should not be charged. I need my refund of that cancellation fee as it was not my fault. Mmt is showing wrong dates and charging cancellation on top of it i[censored] dont realise it.

                  Dear ma'm/ sir,

                  It is geniun and humble request that while making booking through your app i. E mmt app we encountered bugg/error

                  And due to this we we being 4 travellers (2 couples) could not book package from one app under same booking i'd. And to strange when we book same package for 2 travellers it got booked, and this bugg finally end us to pay rs.1056/- +gst extra. Per head that is rs.4435/-

                  Moreover while booking your hotel "the small hotel krabi" was showing breakfast included in front of meal but again to strange when we received email it is mentioned that 'room only' under meal.

                  Being mmt as trusted brand we finally booked with the confidence that we finally decided to give this thing in your knowledge and believe ofcourse will be supported and as well as appreciated for bringing this error into your knowledge.

                  But in return when we received call +91-[protected] we felt like that mmt people were not ready to even understand the humble and geniun request.

                  So things happened unbelievable as we believe mmt as most trusted brand for travellers.
                  Mentioning my booking i'ds as well screenshot of error which is still prevailing.

                    I have booked 8 bus tickets from mmt i want to cancel them. I am trying your cancellation site it’s giving error. I have also called your customer support team, the call is always placed in queue and never answered. Its frustrating now. Its almost 2 days now i have been trying to contact you for cancellation but not getting any response.

                      Hi, I made an online booking for the cab from MMT from Jaipur to Kota. I made the full payment online for Rs 2413. At the start of the journey driver asked if I had paytm so that someone can deposit money on his behalf in my account and he can buy the fuel for the car. I informed him I do not have Paytm and above all I already made the full payment to MMT. He started the journey and stopped at a petrol pump after going about 5 to 7 kms. After this, he made several phone calls to his known people asking for money and to his own cab company but even they didnt responded back. More than 1 hour was wasted at the start of the journey. We told him to drop us back to the hotel where we started because we just covered 5 to 7 kms and as he did not have the money to by fuel, we went back to the hotel and boarded a new cab thru the hotel which charged us a premium.
                      I need MMT to refund the money I paid for this trip to them and the premium amount I paid for the new cab.

                        We had booked a outstation cab from Delhi to badrinath from 7 to 11 may, booking id- NC[protected]. We are very disappointed with your cab service. we have called so many times to your customer care no but no one is looking for cab deptt. And support us for it.You provide us the details of cab a day before our booking date, after calling 8-10 times to your customer care no., then after You change the cab details within a few hours and send us a inexperienced driver who has just 4 months experience of driving, he didn't know even about rules and regulations of our destination, about green card, permit etc due to which we have to cancelled our 5 days trip and returned back to home on 2nd day .we have to bear a lot of losse as given-
                        Rs 5500 given to cab driver for petrol and advance
                        Rs 1000 MIS in toll and state tax
                        Rs.2640 paid to hotel suri booking through MMT id-NH[protected]
                        RS .2000 PAID TO HOTEL IN JOSHIMATH THROUGH booking. Com.
                        So we want the refund of all my loss of Rs.11140.occurred due to you driver mistake.

                          Booked on 20th Apr 2018 Booking ID NL[protected], wanted to reschedule my travel date but no response from any makemytrip team even after repeated calls and mails, its been more then a week .
                          I raised request them to reschedule the date a week back but till now no reply or any details about the procedure or implications .
                          Until i paid for booking the called daily but now once i done payment and want them to reschedule they are acting busy...each time i called customer care they tell i will get a call back by today evening as corresponding team is very busy and i never received any callback till now, even though its been more then a week

                            I booked a ticket on 28th jan, but did not receive the confirmation. When i reached to mmt they denied for any kind of receipt of payment from my account and suggested to book another ticket. So i did the same. We provided them all reference number bank account details 10x times. After 3 month of chasing for refund now they accepting that payment was received and ticket was booked so they can't process refund. They did not check their system properly and forced us to book another ticket. Now we want our refund.

                                I booked two tickets for my parents under Booking ID NF[protected]. Passenger names are : Mr.Subramanian Padmanabha Ayyar and Mrs.Parimala Ayyar. They are aged 79 and 73 respectively.

                                While booking the tickets through your site, the insurance for passengers appears as a requirement.

                                But when I read the insurance certificate from Apollo Munich Insurance it says for people above 70 years, insurance benefits will not be given. The moment both passengers are above 70 years, the insurance option should not come. Now, as common people we do not know this rule that for age 70+ insurance benefits are not given. Now you have deducated money of Rs, 498/- for Insurance. I feel this should be returned back to me as this is unwarranted, .

                                Otherwise I will take up this issue with Insurance Regulatory Authority of India and stop booking our tickets through Make My Trip.com

                                  I booked a tickets for amritsar on[protected] vice booking no. W7ghjy vide indigo. Flight cancelled. Refund amount rs.2172/- still awaited.

                                  Again i booked a ticket for amritsar on[protected] vide booking no. Ri1igh for amritsar vide indigo. Flight cancelled. Refund amount rs. 1845/- still awaited.

                                  If this is the services you are providing, never i will book my ticket with your tour company.

                                    Hi,
                                    I booked in mmt on 2 may for stay at haridwar in homestay category. I got the payment confirmation message from mmt but no confirmation from host. So i tried to contact mmt team for confirmation of my booking, but all in vain. At last i got message of request id (467300) expired after 48 hours. No compensation and refund initiated till now.

                                      As per the insurance certificates issued against my air tickets, the insurance policy is available for above 6 months and below 70 years. My son is 1.5 years and is therefore eligible for insurance.

                                      I received a contradictory email from mmt (Olivia bhanja 17/04/2018 03.18 pm): kindly be informed that this mail is in regards to the insurance that you opted for the booking id xxxxxxxxxxxx. As per the telephonic conversation you on the mobile number xxxxxxxxxx please be informed that the infant xyz is linked to the adult xyz, so that is the reason why a separate insurance is not required for the infant. The insurance for adult will also be applicable for the infant.

                                      However, i received a contradictory statement from the insurance company, apollo munich. Reply from apollo munich ' we sincerely regret the inconvenience caused but would like to clarify that though our company can offer a policy for the individuals in the age group of 6 months to 70 years however the travel policies through makemytrip can be opted by customers between the ages 2 years - 70 years."

                                        This is in regard with our booking and stay at crystal palace, mussoorie from 27-29 april 2018.

                                        We decided to book this hotel to celebrate anniversary of our parents aged 60.

                                        (Not told that there was no lift and old age people had to climb 3 floors - and one had joint pain issue/ asthama issue)

                                        We booked two rooms with breakfast and dinner accompanied, we paid rs13000 from your trusted website make my trip, suffice to say that we are a regular customer of make my trip and have always believed in whatever your website offers and we have never had any problems in the past of any kind with any of our bookings.

                                        We drove from delhi to mussoorie and it was a 8-9 hour long drive, finally when we reached the hotel we were given a family room which was connected with common door, this was in contradiction of what we had booked which was two executive rooms.

                                        Celebrating anniversary with a common door...

                                        Since we all were tired we decided to stay at the hotel and have dinners at the hotel as we already had dinner included in our booking as a map plan.

                                        We we're then told by the manager that the map plan will only include veg dishes and non veg would be on ala carte

                                        Now this was extremely disappointing and it was nowhere mentioned that the breakfast and dinner will include only veg items.

                                        After a lot of discussion with the manager akash we could not understand why he could help us, all discussion went in vain as the manager was extremely stubborn and was not helping at all. We tried to give him suggestions to upgrade our meal to a non veg one and take an extra payment but he wasn't willing to listen or make any kind of change. I have never seen or had such an experience from a person from the hospitality.

                                        We finally decided to order non veg ala catre basis but he service for food was very poor we had to wait a lot for all the dishes to come to the table.

                                        This wasn't enough, second day we ordered mutton dish, which the manager told us that they will be preparing fresh and has to be ordered four hours before which we did. But at the time of delivery we were served raw mutton dish. This was unacceptable as we had already given them instructions to prepare more than four hours prior. We couldn't wat the dish and had to order something else.

                                        A we wanted was that the map plan should have suggested if it was particularly veg or non veg. This goo[censored]p ended up in a very sad anniversary celebration, the manager was also not certain helpful in understanding our concerns, he just kept saying its the package.

                                        This was misleading as we have booked similar deals in our past bookings and have never had any such issues.

                                        Additionally, there were few more concern about this hotel property:

                                        Linen was not fresh.

                                        There were holes in room/ roof which had anything coming out of it.

                                        Dripping water from geyser which did not let me sleep.

                                        Dampness from roof.

                                        Hair in tomato soup - which was replaced thankfully.

                                        All we wanted is a peaceful anniversary celebration for our parents, but just because of this misleading information on the website about the entire package and things to be included or excluded it led to a very troubled and stressful situation.

                                        We only talked about hotel and its poor service.
