[Resolved]  MakeMyTrip India — company not offering the discount as mentioned in the ticket booking confirmation message sent by them

On booking domestic flight tickets with mmt, we were sent a message by mmt saying that we'd get 70% discount on domestic hotel bookings on giving the booking id as coupon. The discount given was lesser than any coupon and the customer care people only tranferred calls to different departments & mr debdutta said it was upto 70% which is not valid as it was not mentioned anywhere in the message that it was upto 70% off. They kept me on hold many times and promised me to call back which they didn't. I wasted a lot of timw on this but they were not ready to solve the issue. Kindly look into the matter on an urgent basis.
