MakeMyTrip India — Complain about failure in arrival of bus booking | |
Booking id : NU[protected] Reference PNR : B62YRN3S Booking date : 28th October Ticket from Mumbai to Lonavala COMPLAINT : After waiting at the bus stop for over 2 hours with no help from make my trip help line numbers or any other online available contacts i filed this complaint but it was not rightly acknowledged and later closed by the authorities. No contact of bus driver was provided and no cooperation was given from MMT's side. The least expected now after wasting my time at the bus stop, is the refund of the bus tickets. I had to look for other means of transport to get to my destination resulting is my late arrival and costing me a lot of time & extra money. The map provided to track the driver was not properly working showing constantly that the driver was 10minutes away for 2 hours. Im very disappointed by the service provided by make my trip and the lack of cooperation there of. I will not be booking my tickets on mmt for my future travels. I hope the refund will be processed soon after over 10 calls to MMT helpline numbers. Was this information helpful? | |
