[Resolved]  MakeMyTrip India — convenience fee overcharge

I just finishing booking tickets with make my trip.com and was shocked to see a 1500 rs surcharge on my ticket for convenience fee. This was taken on a ticket totaling 10, 733 rs at the end of the transaction. This equals 15% surcharge for booking on their site after they have already charged you normal booking fees included in the fare. I saw a previous complaint saying the same thing they were charged 1200 rs convenience fee so this is a pattern.
This is completely unreasonable and i see many of their long term customers like me or changing to other travel sites due to this rip off.
Ease my trip and other sites are offering no convenience fees (With code) or maximum 200 to 600 rs.
Where did they get the idea 15% convenience fees are acceptable?
