Two flights similar problem which were booked on different dates and different travel periods, 6th dec and 7 dec 2019. I always cross check twice while booking flights for business travel. First leg of the journey i was in a rush and didnt have time at the airport, so purchased a new ticket and boarded. The date was changed to 6th jan 2020 instead of 6th dec 2019. I was furious at myself that i didnt check ticket until last minute though the booking was done nearly a week in advance.
Checked for my next journey scheduled for the next day only to realise even that was scheduled for 7th jan 2020, instead 7th dec 2019 as i entered while booking a few days before the travel date. Even this transaction was cross checked twice before booking. I had to bear the brunt of buying a new flight ticket again at an exorbitant cost.
I have booked many a flights from mmt, and always cross checked.. It sure is a glitch in the technical side of mmt. The customer care are not willing to listen. I am but a small minion in the consumer complaints against the company. But i am withdrawing from further booking mine or my company's tickets through this platform. Only wish there was a better way to resolve these kind of issues. And take legal actions. Even though it baffles me about how dates can change while booking on the app to date change in ticket issued.. I hope others do come forward and atleast make mmt agree to their glitches.
