MakeMyTrip India — Deactivate my gift card and refunding my money

I Have bought 2 Gift card from Make my trip for gifting purpose, with amount of approx. 72000, when i tried to use that gift card, it showing error that its not active, i tried to reach Make my trip over email, they respond me we cant help you to active this card, as per our bank its a fraud transaction, please speak to your bank even we cant process the refund too. when i contacted my bank the bank said its a genuine transaction and this made transaction made after providing the OTP, its not fraud transaction. and the money is with the Make my trip only, you need to contact make my trip for refund.
After several call and email there are no response from make my trip.
they are not provide any service or my money either, the money is with them only.
