MakeMyTrip India — Deficiency in service, denial of customer support & payment not received

Address: MakeMyTrip, Gurgaon, Kolkata, West Bengal

I have a valid booking through MakeMyTrip (PNR: U2LRKI).
I have rescheduled my flight from 7th Jan to 4th Jan from Kolkata to Chennai
Air India has already processed a refund Rs 3000 related to this booking to MakeMyTrip after rescheduling.
However, MakeMyTrip provides no appropriate option on its app or website to raise this issue.
The listed reasons do not match my problem and force incorrect declarations.
There is no way to raise a complaint or obtain a reference/ticket number.
The customer care number only plays automated voice messages.
There is no option to connect to a human agent.
The chatbot “Myra” is ineffective and blocks escalation.
This amounts to unfair trade practice and denial of consumer grievance redressal. I need my refund but they are saying there is no record of any date change operation. This is very hilarious of MMT.
