I have applied for two tourist eVisas on 3rd of Nov and MMT had not submitted it to the embassy until 9th of Nov. It was mentioned in the website that file would be submitted on 4th of Nov. However, when i checked the file status in Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Port Security (ICP) portal it shows the application status as "Active" on 10th.
I have been contacting MMT since 10th Nov for a copy of my eVisas with no success. There is no response over emails and CC agents just says to wait. My flight is on 14th of Nov, this Monday and still no resolution. Now they are asking to waiting until Sunday evening which is just another false promise. I have also contacted ICP UAE customer care and they says only the submitter can download a copy of the visa which is MMT unless they outsourced the visa submission to a third party.
Now, my whole trip is at risk only because of their negligence/mismanagement. Moreover, it looks like there is no proper customer care for visa dept. I am just trying my luck here before all my plannings go vain. Here are my details.
