MakeMyTrip India — Did not paid the re-fund

Hello,

I did not receive the re-fund money for cancelled flight by GO FIRST on date 5th July 2023 (G8-334) and 25th August 2023 (G8-322), I have done the booking thru Make my Trip, Booking ID # NF2AKM6P4AWXB9YH8301. I have submitted refund request ID #[protected] on date 4th July 2023 on Make My Trip but no response.

Follow up Make My Trip ID #[protected] on 18th Nov 2023

Again Follow up Make My Trip D #[protected] on 25 April 2024,

Now they are not responding on my refund money, Amount- 32, 740/- (Thirty Two Thousand Seven Hundred Forty only)

Please help me on my refund money.
