[Resolved]  MakeMyTrip India — error with makemytrip online booking site

Last evening a booked a flight from pune to ahmedabad - make my trip booking id : n[protected].
I selected the date as 10th june and went to search for flights.. The screen showed me flight options, i went ahead and booked the flight. Once booking was completed i saw that the date of the ticket was 11th june.

I called the makemytrip customer care : 1st time they said that since you are not allowed to book a tickets within 3 hours of flight hence the app took you to the next date. Later i realized that the booking was done more than 3 hours before. Later i called go air and got to know that the flight for 10th june had been cancelled.

This had an impact on me as i had to miss important meetings scheduled for 11th june. I would like to understand why did the app not throw up - "no flights available" or some other message but why did it take me ahead with the next day bookings without any warning.

Would need your urgent attention as this is not acceptable.

In reference to your complaint, we have validated the case at our end and post checking the technical booking logs found that the booking was done for the same date which was opted by user at the time of booking. Also till the payment page before the payment is actually made flight details are shown to customer which can be reviewed by user before final payment. So, we regret to inform your that we would not be able to honor the case. It is unfortunate to note that your recent experience with us has not been up to your satisfaction. But, your experience has assisted us in exploring possibilities for further improvement in our service levels, for which we are thankful to you.

I was debited INR 804 for a failed bus booking on 05 June, 18 at 20:35 hrs. Its been 4 days and still money has not been credited to my account. I can't find a customer care number for the query too. This is poor service.
