MakeMyTrip India — Fault in application while entering passenger name in air ticket booking

Yesterday I booked a ticket in MakeMyTrip and I faced this error. A mistake arise because of your application. I've the captured screenshot afterwards to share with you.

You can see in the Picture 1, it asks for First and Second Name in column and gives the example to enter the GIVEN NAME from the passport. So I did as it shows... entered the given name in the first and second name as passport. Then picture 2, it asks for last name in the column and shows the example to enter the SURNAME from the passport. Following that I entered my surname in the last name and picture 3 clearly shows exactly how it has to be before thr confirm like your surname and given name same as my passport and then I went for payment. After confirmation you can see picture 4, it clearly shows how my name got swap and my surname came last and that's the same came in the ticket. For your information I've shared the ticket and also shared my passport copy to make you understand. Now I need my name to be as in the passport and that's your job. clearly I've shown you the whole story with screenshots. Kindly correct it soon and response. You can't blame to me for this regards I've the evidence.
