MakeMyTrip India — Flight booking reschedule

Hi i have booked a flight ticket on Amazon through Makemy trip on 3rd june for 1st july from delhi to patna round trip but due to certain circumstances i have to reschedule my booking for a later date. (Make my trip booking id- : NF1WFXN4LYMSQY9E6499).
But from last 02 days i have been trying to contact makemy trip for reschedule but there is no response from them they just put the call on hold for 30 minutes and call got disconnected and if call got connected then the person will say that they are not authorized to reschedule it as it is booked through amazon you have to call on different number (i called on the number which is provided on the ticket) please help me.
