However, due to sudden demise of my mother on 24-Apr-2022, I could not travel to Europe. I called MMT on 30-Apr-2022 and they created a Special Claim request for Refund due to Medical Emergency on 30-Apr-2022.

Since that day and today, 08-July-2022, the tracker is updated on twice. I have been calling the MMT customer care and the call gets dropped saying please go to the MMT app for your queries and there are no updates on the app. I have been mailing them, but they respond according to their convenience and I get the same response to wait for some more time and MMT will provide me an update. Its been almost 2.5months I am chasing them for my hard earner money but to vail.
I also reached out to airlines and they have asked to get a NOC from MMT so that I can process my refund with the airlines directly. MMT is not ready to provide the NOC and not looping in the airlines in the mails.
Hence raising a consumer complaint so as to get help in getting my refund asap. Was this information helpful? |
