I booked a flight ticket from MMT a month back. Since yesterday, I was trying to reschedule the same flight and even the amount got deducted from my account. But, because o[censored]nknown reasons the flight was not rescheduled (no updates on MMT App about rescheduling). This has happen twice now.
So, I raised a refund request for rescheduling failure and moved to Indigo website to reschedule my flight.
From there I was able to reschedule it. Even spoke to Indigo customer care to confirm that the flight has been rescheduled. After confirmation, I checked MMT App to see if the status has been updated or not. But there were no updates on the App. I thought it will some time.
But after some time what I see is that MMT has cancelled my flight. This was unexpected as I did not requested for cancellation. There has been some miscommunication between Indigo and MMT.
Moreover, I did not get any confirmation about refund initiated towards rescheduling failure from MMT.
I tried several times to reach out to MMT customer care to speak on this issue but could not able to do so. They have no option to speak directly to customer care executive. I tried calling on different numbers as well. But no results. Was this information helpful? |
