Dear make my trip team, My self gopinath. I had book flight ticket on march 3 2019 mumbai to chennai. My booking id nf[protected] and flight number 9w 463 jet airways and it's confirmed ticket. Last friday i got one message from your side. Due to operational issues your fight is cancelled and your amount will be refunded. I try to contact last two days to your executive but they are telling system is low kindly contact 2 hrs. Yesterday i got one message from jet airways your flight is rescheduled 9w2414 at 8.35 pm. Today i call for your team discuss with flight rescheduling. But they told already we are cancelling your ticket that amount will be refunded. How can your team cancel my booking without my confirmation. I don't need the refund amount. I need the same day flight booking ticket. Kindly understand our situation.
