I have booked a ticket on january 10th for a travel date of february 2nd from belgaum to hyderabad.

I have been back from trip with friends and after being so much tired i have reached the airport at 6:30 pm. The check-in counter was closed so i have approached the trujet staff and they were about to close. I have shown my ticket and they said there is no such flight at that time and the last flight to hyderabad left at 1:00pm.
I have called makemytrip customer care and explained the situation, the executive so irresponsibly replied that i can get the refund.
After a long argument he tried to convince me that flight time preponed suddenly and i have asked why there was no intimation for which he didn't have any answer.
I spoke to trujet staff and they said they were working since so long and there was no flight at 7:45 pm. Then how does it gets postponed or preponed.
Meanwhile i asked the makemytrip executive to transfer the call to manager, after 30 minutes manager said that on 27th the flight got pre-poned and they can only refund the full amount.
Then what about the suffering which have gone through. Spent 300 bucks to reach the airport. After being so much tired again i had to stand for couple hours carrying heavy bag. Didn't find any vehicle to go back to city. Walked 1.5 kms carrying a bag out of airport.
Finally trujet staff person who left already came back (He saw me walking out of airport). He said i can't find any buses from there and he dropped me again back in the city which was 13 kms. Thanks to mr. Megh raj.
My phone got switched and it was very difficult for me to find a bus and reach hyderabad.
I have opened the makemytrip website again and checked the flights from belgaum to hyderabad. Found a flight 1:00 pm and 8:00 pm. Opened the trujet official website and there is no flight from belgaum at 8:00 pm at all.
What kind of fraud is this. How can this be sorted.
