[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — Flight ticket not booked but money got deducted | |
I booked an online ticket using MakeMyTrip app on 14th March, 2021 at 2:32 PM. Ticket booked for the flight with number AirAsia I5 | 970 from Goa (15:10) to Mumbai (16:25) through Mobikwik app the proof of which I have attached. The transaction has been successful on the end of the bank. Total Amount of 3875 Rs. deducted from my account. After the entire transaction, before redirecting to the company site it showed transaction failed. But the amount got deducted from my account. I have not received anything on the company site. No ticket, no booking ID as after the entire transaction it simply redirected to home page and not to ticket page. The company has an automated system and asks for booking ID which I did not receive since I did not get any ticket. my registered [protected]@gmail.com Please look into the matter and refund the amount.
