[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — fraud of wrong information

E-ticket for booking id nu[protected].
I booked the bus ticket for my journey to kanpur. They didn't informed for the cancellation while i called multiple times to the driver and the mmt customer care number for the confirmation. Last moment when i was waiting for the bus they said bus is cancelled, customer care confirmed the same over the call two times and asked me to wait for 72 hours to refund the amount. After 4-5 days i called up again to know the refund status, now they are saying that your bus was not cancelled.

Bus operator no contacted:- "[protected] / [protected] / [protected]"
