Please be noted we tried to take loss on MMT and try to get any refund from our product team but as it was causing huge loss on MMT so due to business call we humbly regret that no refund can be process for booking.
So as soon as airline will process the refund, we will process the same accordingly.
We sincerely apologies for the inconvenience caused to you.

We are sorry to read about the issue, In reference to you complaint regarding the refund of AIR-PEGASUS case.
Please be noted that as if now airline has not processed any refund to us, but considering the facts that it's hampering your trust on us, we are taking a loss of full amount on MMT and initiating the full refund of INR 6486/- for AIR-PEGASUS.
But before proceeding with refund we need your consent that you will keep this information as confidential and you will not disclose this information to anyone else.

They hide behind the Terms and conditions and cheat the customer. Also the cashback wallet amount has an expiry so you will have to use an insane amount of money booking through MMT just to use the cashback and that will give them more business.
Its just best to forget amount that wallet money as its not real money anyway and NEVER use MMT again.
Most importantly tell all of your friends and colleagues about this daylight robbery!!!
