MakeMyTrip India — Fraudster booked tickets in your makemytrip using my credit card

Un-authorized transactions through ICICI credit card Lost Amount: Rs.1, 50, 000/-

I would like to bring to your notice that, on[protected], I received a fraud call saying ICICI Bank and they told there is 9, 821 reward points which needs to be redeemed or else it’s will be expired. They told me to open first imobile app (ICICI app), and later on they told me to open in chrome (www.icicilogins.in). There is one option like ICICI Redeem - Apply Now. I clicked on that and they asked me to enter few details like Name, Phone number, DOB, Credit Card Number and OTP which I received on my mobile number. Immediately amount got debited from my account. They have tried other 80, 000 as well. That transaction doesn't happen successfully from my end. So, amount got not debited.
Immediately I called ICICI customer care and verified that transaction has been debited and blocked all the cards of ICICI. Raised Dispute today (21/07/2025) as Bank is holiday on
Sunday.
I also raised a complaint in cybercrime through portal and received Ack. Number : [protected] Dialed 1930 on[protected]. Therefore I lost an amount of Rs.1, 50, 000/-

Also received a SMS on mobile number from ICICI, Rs, 1, 50, 000/- spent on ICICI Bank Card XX7009 on 20/07/2025 at MAKEMYTRIP INDI AT 5:29 PM. Finally I lost RS.1, 50, 000/-Therefore, I request the kind officer to take necessary legal action and recover my lost amount. I have raised an online complaint. Please help me out and block that transaction. So that bank can recover that amount.
